Amendments to laws related to decisions of the Constitutional Court;
Commending the efforts and professionalism of the Commission who prepared amendments to laws within the time scale prescribed by the June 26 Supervisory Order;
Draft laws and amendments to laws in the fields of education, religion, language and culture.
The discussion is not just good practice;it is the obligation of the Ministry of Justice in cases of amendments to laws which significantly affect the legal system.
Parliament last month approved amendments to laws that many say will lead to a backsliding on its anti-corruption fight.

Reserving the right to make further changes to the laws and amendments to laws referred to in this Order should that prove necessary or conducive to the efficient functioning of District institutions;
Commending the efforts of the working groups, and public officials whose assistance has been sought, who showed dedication andprofessionalism in preparing all draft laws and amendments to laws within the time scale that the February 2 Supervisory Order prescribed;
Since the Commissioner for Information has not yet been authorized to propose amendments to laws related to his area of responsibility, not even after the constitutional changes, I have contacted the Ombudsman, who has such mandate in accordance with the Constitution.
The Government, the Mayor, the Heads of Department, the Director of the Finance Directorate and the Judicial Commission shall, within three(3) months of the date of this Order,complete all steps necessary to harmonize all relevant by-laws with the laws and amendments to laws enacted by this Supervisory Order.
Since the Commissioner for Information did not get the possibility to propose amendments to laws referring to the field of his competence even after the constitutional changes, I will talk about that to the Ombudsman, who has that right under the Constitution.
Pending adoption of the laws and amendments to laws and by-laws effecting these rules, the rules set out in sub-paragraphs(a),(b) and(c) of this paragraph 7 of this Supervisory Order shall take effect immediately and shall be observed by all relevant District institutions with effect from the date of this Supervisory Order.

The Election Law, Rules of Procedure and laws on amendments to laws hereby enacted and attached to this Supervisory Order as its Annexes II, III and IV are published in the official languages of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which are authoritative for all purposes.
Those further acts include, without limitation,(a)submitting to the District Assembly all amendments to laws and by-laws of Brcko District necessary in consequence of the restructuring which this Order mandates so that the relevant laws can be harmonized with this Supervisory Order;
The Statute, Election Law, Rules of Procedure, and laws on amendments to laws enacted by virtue of paragraphs 1 to 5 of this Supervisory Order may subsequently be amended by the Brcko District Assembly in accordance with the Statute of the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly of Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
During an interim period of four(4) months from the date of this Supervisory Order,the Commission shall review all the laws and amendments to laws enacted pursuant to paragraphs 1 to 6 above of this Supervisory Order, and shall propose to my Office any changes to this legislation it may consider necessary, together with explanations thereof.
Serbian Government accepted certain amendments to its Draft amendments to Law on public information, the point of which is abolishment of founder's capital and reduction of fines prescribed by the original text of the Draft.
MINISTRY OF CULTURE In the period observed,Ministry of culture was mostly engaged in justifying its draft amendments to Law on public information, adopted by the Government on 9 July 2009, which was much criticized in public as restrictive and not harmonized with European standards.
The fact that the Government has meanwhile adopted Draft amendments to Law on public information, which introduces the Register of media outlets as well as Law on media concentration and transparency of media ownership leads to the conclusion that the Government has given this law up.
