Министар Ђелић је нагласио да порески систем показује солидност и у овом времену превирања.After that, there will be no further tax decisions issued.- There is no tax exemption for those who received their tax apportionment, and the tax collecting won't be suspended,declared Minister Djelic.
То би значило да се после тог рока неће доносити нова пореска решења.- За све оне којима је ова обавеза разрезана нема опроста и наплата неће бити обустављена,изјавио је министар Дјелић.Minister Djelic: I believe three sectors will have top priority: agriculture, infrastructure and transport.

Укупан буџет у овој години износиће 318, 7 милијарди динара од чега ће 280 милијарди бити намењено Србији и Војводини, а 38, 7 милијарди динара биће намењено финансирању државне заједнице Србија и Црна Гора,објаснио је Ђелић.Minister Djelic: Yes. Према тврдњама министра Ђелића усвајањем нових пореских олакшица Србија добија најповољнији третман потрошачке корпе у Европи.The Finance Minister also reminded that an amount of 62-65 million euros has already been collected through the enforcement of this particular law.“The Law on the Fight against organized crime represents the second element for the introduction of the financial order- the Law that allows seizure of property of all those suspected for connections with organized crime groups”,declared Minister Djelic.
Министар финансија је подсетио на то да је тим законом наплаћено између 62 и 65 милиона евра.„ Други елемент за увођење финансијског реда је Закон о борби против организованог криминала, којим је омогућена пленидба имовине осумњичених за припадање организованим криминалним групама“,рекао је Ђелић.Prime minister Zoran Djindjic, minister Djelic and the OSCE Chief of Mission, Mr. Mark Davison, spoke on the occasion of the conference opening.

О стандарду градјана говорио је и Ђелић који је рекао- да је раст плата ишао брже него у неким другим земљама, уз напомену да је основа била врло ниска.Minister Djelic repeated that, since the Serbian Government was formed, the public education, the public health and the judiciary, were set as priorities, and that it will remain that way in the future.
Министар Ђелић је поновио да су просвета, здравство и правосуђе, од формирања Владе Србије, постављени као приоритети, и да ће тако остати и убудуће.Minister Djelic also said that after more than two decades, Belgrade will have the opportunity to become the world's financial center- by hosting the global financial and business elite.
Министар Ђелић је истакао да ће после више од двадесет година Београду бити омогућено да буде финансијски центар света, који ће угостити светску финансијску и привредну елиту.Minister Djelic categorically denied that this law was specially"designed" for the Kariæ family, because all the apportioned amounts were calculated upon the same rules, and exclusively based on documentation.
Ђелић је категорично негирао да је овај закон прављен због Карића, пошто су обавезе свима разрезиване на исти начин и то искључиво на основу документације.According to Minister Djelic, the aggravated international situation, the lower rate of economic growth and the lower level of foreign investment realization also caused the budget rebalancing.
Према речима министра Ђелића, ребаланс буџета условљен је и погоршаном међународном економском ситуацијом, нижим кретањима привредног раста и мањим приливом страних инвестиција.
