Vrhovni sud Federacije BiH je dosad donio ukupno 37 drugostepenih presuda- povodom žalbi na prvostepene presude svih sudova u ovom entitetu Bosne i Hercegovine- u kojima su odbijeni navodi u žalbama i u kojima su potvrđene prvostepene presude i desetak u kojima su prvostepene presude u osnovi potvrđene, ali je promijenjena visina dodijeljene odštete( u dva neznatno uvećana, u tri smanjena), odnosno visina i način plaćanja sudskih troškova.
