If the competent committee finds that there is a reason to reconsider the provisions of the law whose constitutionality is being challenged, it shall propose that the National Assembly discuss a proposal to appraise the constitutionality of the law, together with a proposed conclusion that the Government or a competent Ministry prepares a proposal for the amendment to this law.
Ako Zakonodavni odbor nađe da ima mesta preispitivanju rešenja sadržanih u zakonu čija se ustavnost osporava, predložiće Narodnoj skupštini da razmotri predlog za ocenu ustavnosti tog zakona i zaključak da Vlada ili nadležno ministarstvo pripremi predlog za izmenu ili dopunu tog zakona.

Protection of rights and interests of payment service users Article 10 If the issuer or acquirer act contrary to this Law or regulations adopted based on this Law, the user of payment services subject to this Law shall be entitled to protect its rights and interests, in accordance with the law governing payment services and the law governing the protection of financial service consumers.
Заштита права и интереса корисника платних услуга Члан 10. Ако се издавалац или прихватилац не придржавају одредаба овог закона или прописа донетих на основу овог закона- корисник платних услуга које су предмет овог закона има право на заштиту својих права и интереса, у складу са законом којим се уређују платне услуге и законом којим се уређује заштита корисника финансијских услуга.

The bylaws required for implementation of this Law shall be passed or the currently existing ones harmonized with this law by the Judicial Commission of Brcko District of BiH or the Chief Prosecutor within six months from the date this Law enters into force and until that time the currently effective enactments shall be applied provided they are not contrary to this Law.
Подзаконске акте потребне за спровођење овог закона, Правосудна комисија Брчко Дистрикта БиХ односно предсједник суда ће донијети или већ постојеће ускладити са овим законом у року од 6( шест) мјесеци, рачунајући од дана ступања на снагу овог закона, а до тада ће се примјењивати постојећи акти ако нису у супротности са овим законом.

II MANNER OF SETTLING THE OBLIGATIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA Article 5 Obligations to the persons who are recognised pursuant to this Law as having the right to payment of foreign exchange savings referred to in Article 1 of this Law or their heirs(hereinafter: foreign exchange depositors) shall be executed in eight equal semi-annual instalments which shall fall due on each 28 February and 31 August, starting from 28 February 2020 and ending with 31 August 2023.
НАЧИН РЕГУЛИСАЊА ОБАВЕЗА РЕПУБЛИКЕ СРБИЈЕ Члан 5. Обавезе према лицима којима се по одредбама овог закона призна право на исплату девизне штедње из члана 1. овог закона или њиховим наследницима( у даљем тексту: девизне штедише) извршавају се у осам једнаких полугодишњих рата које доспевају сваког 28. фебруара и 31. августа, почев од 28. фебруара 2020. године и закључно са 31. августом 2023. године.

Article 12 The Business Register Agency shall classify, up to the date of entry into force of this Law, all units registered in the Business Register within three months following the date of prescription of the Classification, according to principal activity pursuant to this Law, and publish this information on the Website of the Business Register Agency, without adopting a special act.
Све јединице регистроване у Регистру привредних субјеката до дана ступања на снагу овог закона разврстаће Агенција за привредне регистре, уроку од три месеца од дана прописивања Класификације, и то према претежнојделатности у складу са овим законом, и објавиће тај податак на интернетстраници Агенције за привредне регистре, без доношења посебног акта.

In Article 12 the basis is extended by the formulation:"another regulation adopted pursuant to this Law", in Article 14 by the formulation:"another regulation passed pursuant to a law", while in Article 13 only the formulation:"or another regulation" is used. In my opinion, it is more than obvious from grammatical, logical and legal aspects and it should not be disputable that such formulations unconstitutionally extend the legal basis for personal data processing beyond the limits set by the Constitution.
То се чини формулацијом" другим прописом донетим у складу са овим законом", у чл. 14. формулацијом" другим прописом донетим у складу са законом", а у чл. 13. користи се чак само формулација" или другим прописом". По мом мишљењу, више него очигледно је, и са граматичког, логичког и правног аспекта и не би смело бити спорно да се оваквим формулацијама, противно Уставу, правни основ за обраду података о личности проширује преко Уставом утврђених граница.

After having knowledge of the conducted concentration, the Commission may conduct investigation of the concentration if the mutual market share of the participants in concentration on the market of Republic of Serbia is 40%, or in case of grounded indication that concentration would not comply with conditions prescribed as in article 19 or in other cases of concentration which was not notified or approved according to this law.
Комисија може, по сазнању за спроведену концентрацију, спровести испитивање концентрације ако утврди да заједнички тржишни удео учесника у концентрацији на тржишту Републике Србије износи најмање 40%, односно ако основано претпостави да концентрација не испуњава услове дозвољености из члана 19. овог закона, као и у случају друге концентрације која није одобрена у складу са овим законом.

The body responsible for statistics shall classify, up to the date of entry into force of this Law, all units registered with other specialised registers as well as units for which registration is not required within three months following the date of prescription of the Classification, according to principal activity and pursuant to this Law, and publish this information on the Website of the body responsible for statistics.
Све јединице регистроване у другим посебним регистрима до дана ступања на снагу овог закона, као и јединице за које не постоји обавезарегистрације, орган надлежан за послове статистике разврстаће премапретежној делатности у складу са овим законом, и то у року од три месеца оддана прописивања Класификације, и објавиће тај податак на интернет странициоргана надлежног за послове статистике.
