We have written in our previous reports about the business cooperation agreement between the Organization of Phonogram Producers of Serbia(OFPS) and the Organization for the Collective Exercising of Interpreters' Rights(PI). Entering into such agreement was the obligation of collective organizations imposed by the Law on Copyright and Related Rights and its text was available on the webpage of the Organization for the Collective Exercising of Interpreters' Rights even before it was published in the Official Gazette.

The opinion of the Commission should contain an assessment about whether the proposed tariff includes the rights for which the organization holds the license for collective realization issued by the Intellectual Property Office, as well as whether the fee was set in accordance with the rules for determining the tariff prescribed by the Law on Copyright and Related Rights.

It remains unclear why Professional Service of AMUS opines that“… it is a very worrying stance that the Institute will from now on insist on transparent reporting…” as there has been no problem in the supervision of other organizations for collective management of copyright and related rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina and all supervising activities have been conducted in a transparent and legally defined manner.
