And do not sit on every path, threatening and averting from the way of Allah those who believe in Him, seeking to make it[seem] deviant.

முனாஃபிக்க் ஆன ஆண்கள் உம், முனாஃபிக்க் ஆன பெண்கள் உம் ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களை நோக்கி:" எங்களை கவனியுங்கள், உங்கள் ஒளிய் இலிருந்து நாங்கள் உம் பற்ற வைத்துக் கொள்கிறோம்" என்று கூறும் தினத்தை( நினைவூட்டுவீராக);
On the[same] Day the hypocrite men and hypocrite women will say to those who believed,"Wait for us that we may acquire some of your light.

( நபியே) வேதத்தில் ஒரு பாகம் கொடுக்கப்பட்டவர்களை நீர் பார்க்கவில்லையா? இவர்கள் சிலைகளைய் உம், ஷைத்தானையும், நம்பி காஃபிர்களைக் குறித்து இவர்கள் தாம் நம்பிக்கை கொண்டவர்களை விட நேரான பாதையில் இ இருக்கிறார்கள் என்ற் உம் கூறுகின்றனர்.
Have you not seen those to whom a portion of the Book was given? They believe in baseless superstitions and taghut(false deities), and say about the unbelievers that they are better guided than those who believe.

நம்முடைய( தண்டனைக்க் ஆன) உத்தரவு வந்தபோது, ஹூதையும் அவருடன் ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களைய் உம் நம் ரஹ்மத்தை( கிருபையைக்) கொண்டு காப்பாற்றினோம்- இன்னும் கடுமையான வேதனையை விட்டும் அவர்களை ஈடேற்றினோம்.
And when Our command came, We saved Hud and those who believed with him, by mercy from Us; and We saved them from a harsh punishment.

மேலும், நீங்கள் ஒவ்வொரு வழியில் உம் உட்கார்ந்து கொண்டு, அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களை பயமுறுத்தி,( அவர்களை) அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையை விட்டுத்தடுத்து, அதில் கோணலை உண்டு பண்ணாதீர்கள்; நீங்கள் சொற்பத் தொகையினர் ஆக இருந்தீர்கள்; அவன் உங்களை அதிக தொகையினராக்கினான் என்பதையும் நினைவு கூறுங்கள்- குழப்பம் செய்து கொண்டிருந்தோரின் முடிவு என்னுவாயிற்று என்பதைக் கவனிப்பீர்கள் ஆக"( என்ற் உம் கூறினார்).
Do not sit in every road, threatening and barring from the Path of Allah those who believed it, nor seek to make it crooked. Remember how He multiplied you when you were few in number. Consider the end of the corrupters.

அவருடைய சமூகத்தாரில்,( ஈமான் கொள்ளாமல்) பெருமையடித்துக் கொண்ட் இருந்த தலைவர்கள் பலஹீனர்கள் ஆக கருதப்பட்ட ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களை நோக்கி;" நிச்சயமாக ஸாலிஹ் அவருடைய இறைவனிடமிருந்து அனுப்பப்பட்ட தூதரென நீங்கள் உறுதிய் ஆக அறிவீர்களோ?" எனக் கேட்டார்கள்- அதற்கு அவர்கள்," நிச்சயமாக நாங்கள் அவர் மூலம் அனுப்பப்பட்ட தூதை நம்புகிறோம்" என்று( பதில்) கூறினார்கள்.
The haughty elders of his people said to those believers who had been oppressed:'Do you know that Salih is one sent forth with a message from his Lord?' They, replied:'Surely we believe in the message with which he has been sent.'.

மேலும், நீங்கள் ஒவ்வொரு வழியில் உம் உட்கார்ந்து கொண்டு, அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களை பயமுறுத்தி,( அவர்களை) அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையை விட்டுத்தடுத்து, அதில் கோணலை உண்டு பண்ணாதீர்கள்; நீங்கள் சொற்பத் தொகையினர் ஆக இருந்தீர்கள்; அவன் உங்களை அதிக தொகையினராக்கினான் என்பதையும் நினைவு கூறுங்கள்- குழப்பம் செய்து கொண்டிருந்தோரின் முடிவு என்னுவாயிற்று என்பதைக் கவனிப்பீர்கள் ஆக"( என்ற் உம் கூறினார்).

அவருடைய சமூகத்தாரில்,( ஈமான் கொள்ளாமல்) பெருமையடித்துக் கொண்ட் இருந்த தலைவர்கள் பலஹீனர்கள் ஆக கருதப்பட்ட ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களை நோக்கி;" நிச்சயமாக ஸாலிஹ் அவருடைய இறைவனிடமிருந்து அனுப்பப்பட்ட தூதரென நீங்கள் உறுதிய் ஆக அறிவீர்களோ?" எனக் கேட்டார்கள்- அதற்கு அவர்கள்," நிச்சயமாக நாங்கள் அவர் மூலம் அனுப்பப்பட்ட தூதை நம்புகிறோம்" என்று( பதில்) கூறினார்கள்.
The elite of his people who were arrogant said to those who were oppressed- to those among them who had faith-‘Do you know that Salih has been sent by his Lord?' They said,‘We indeed believe in what he has been sent with.'.

மேலும் அவர்கள் ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களை சந்திக்கும்போது," நாங்கள் உம் ஈமான் கொண்டிருக்கிறோம்" என்று சொல்கிறார்கள்; ஆனால் அவர்களுள் சிலர்( அவர்களுள்) சிலருடன் தனித்திடும்போது," உங்கள் இறைவன் முன் உங்களுக்கு எதிராக அவர்கள் வாதாடு வதற்காக அல்லாஹ் உங்களுக்கு அறிவித்துத் தந்த( தவ்ராத் )தை அவர்களுக்கு எடுத்துச் சொல்கிறீர்களா,( இதை) நீங்கள் உணரமாட்டீர்களா?என்று( யூதர்கள் சிலர்) கூறுகின்றனர்?
And when they meet those who believe they say: We believe, and when they are alone one with another they say: Do you talk to them of what Allah has disclosed to you that they may contend with you by this before your Lord? Do you not then understand?

அவருடைய சமூகத்தாரில்,( ஈமான் கொள்ளாமல்) பெருமையடித்துக் கொண்ட் இருந்த தலைவர்கள் பலஹீனர்கள் ஆக கருதப்பட்ட ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களை நோக்கி;" நிச்சயமாக ஸாலிஹ் அவருடைய இறைவனிடமிருந்து அனுப்பப்பட்ட தூதரென நீங்கள் உறுதிய் ஆக அறிவீர்களோ?" எனக் கேட்டார்கள்- அதற்கு அவர்கள்," நிச்சயமாக நாங்கள் அவர் மூலம் அனுப்பப்பட்ட தூதை நம்புகிறோம்" என்று( பதில்) கூறினார்கள்.
Said the eminent ones who were arrogant among his people to those who were oppressed- to those who believed among them,"Do you[actually] know that Salih is sent from his Lord?" They said,"Indeed we, in that with which he was sent, are believers.".

மேலும் அவர்கள் ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களை சந்திக்கும்போது," நாங்கள் உம் ஈமான் கொண்டிருக்கிறோம்" என்று சொல்கிறார்கள்; ஆனால் அவர்களுள் சிலர்( அவர்களுள்) சிலருடன் தனித்திடும்போது," உங்கள் இறைவன் முன் உங்களுக்கு எதிராக அவர்கள் வாதாடு வதற்காக அல்லாஹ் உங்களுக்கு அறிவித்துத் தந்த( தவ்ராத் )தை அவர்களுக்கு எடுத்துச் சொல்கிறீர்களா,( இதை) நீங்கள் உணரமாட்டீர்களா?என்று( யூதர்கள் சிலர்) கூறுகின்றனர்?
And when they meet those who believe, they say,"We have believed"; but when they are alone with one another, they say,"Do you talk to them about what Allah has revealed to you so they can argue with you about it before your Lord?" Then will you not reason?

அவருடைய சமூகத்தாரில்,( ஈமான் கொள்ளாமல்) பெருமையடித்துக் கொண்ட் இருந்த தலைவர்கள் பலஹீனர்கள் ஆக கருதப்பட்ட ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களை நோக்கி;" நிச்சயமாக ஸாலிஹ் அவருடைய இறைவனிடமிருந்து அனுப்பப்பட்ட தூதரென நீங்கள் உறுதிய் ஆக அறிவீர்களோ?" எனக் கேட்டார்கள்- அதற்கு அவர்கள்," நிச்சயமாக நாங்கள் அவர் மூலம் அனுப்பப்பட்ட தூதை நம்புகிறோம்" என்று( பதில்) கூறினார்கள்.
The chiefs of those who were stiff-necked amongst His people said unto those who were counted weak-unto such of them as believed: know ye that Salih is a sent one of his Lord? They said: verily we are believers in that wherewith he hath been sent.

மேலும் அவர்கள் ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களை சந்திக்கும்போது," நாங்கள் உம் ஈமான் கொண்டிருக்கிறோம்" என்று சொல்கிறார்கள்; ஆனால் அவர்களுள் சிலர்( அவர்களுள்) சிலருடன் தனித்திடும்போது," உங்கள் இறைவன் முன் உங்களுக்கு எதிராக அவர்கள் வாதாடு வதற்காக அல்லாஹ் உங்களுக்கு அறிவித்துத் தந்த( தவ்ராத் )தை அவர்களுக்கு எடுத்துச் சொல்கிறீர்களா,( இதை) நீங்கள் உணரமாட்டீர்களா?என்று( யூதர்கள் சிலர்) கூறுகின்றனர்?
And when they meet those who believe they say: we believe; and when some of them are alone with some others they say speak ye unto them of that which God hath opened unto you so that they may argue therewith against you before your Lord? understand then ye not?

அவருடைய சமூகத்தாரில்,( ஈமான் கொள்ளாமல்) பெருமையடித்துக் கொண்ட் இருந்த தலைவர்கள் பலஹீனர்கள் ஆக கருதப்பட்ட ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களை நோக்கி;" நிச்சயமாக ஸாலிஹ் அவருடைய இறைவனிடமிருந்து அனுப்பப்பட்ட தூதரென நீங்கள் உறுதிய் ஆக அறிவீர்களோ?" எனக் கேட்டார்கள்- அதற்கு அவர்கள்," நிச்சயமாக நாங்கள் அவர் மூலம் அனுப்பப்பட்ட தூதை நம்புகிறோம்" என்று( பதில்) கூறினார்கள்.
The leaders of those who were arrogant among his people said to those who were counted weak- to such of them as believed:"Know you that Salih(Saleh) is one sent from his Lord." They said:"We indeed believe in that with which he has been sent.".

மேலும், நீங்கள் ஒவ்வொரு வழியில் உம் உட்கார்ந்து கொண்டு, அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களை பயமுறுத்தி,( அவர்களை) அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையை விட்டுத்தடுத்து, அதில் கோணலை உண்டு பண்ணாதீர்கள்; நீங்கள் சொற்பத் தொகையினர் ஆக இருந்தீர்கள்; அவன் உங்களை அதிக தொகையினராக்கினான் என்பதையும் நினைவு கூறுங்கள்- குழப்பம் செய்து கொண்டிருந்தோரின் முடிவு என்னுவாயிற்று என்பதைக் கவனிப்பீர்கள் ஆக"( என்ற் உம் கூறினார்).
And sit not on every road, threatening, and hindering from the Path of Allah those who believe in Him. and seeking to make it crooked. And remember when you were but few, and He multiplied you. And see what was the end of the Mufsidun(mischief-makers, corrupts, liars).

அவருடைய சமூகத்தாரில்,( ஈமான் கொள்ளாமல்) பெருமையடித்துக் கொண்ட் இருந்த தலைவர்கள் பலஹீனர்கள் ஆக கருதப்பட்ட ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களை நோக்கி;" நிச்சயமாக ஸாலிஹ் அவருடைய இறைவனிடமிருந்து அனுப்பப்பட்ட தூதரென நீங்கள் உறுதிய் ஆக அறிவீர்களோ?" எனக் கேட்டார்கள்- அதற்கு அவர்கள்," நிச்சயமாக நாங்கள் அவர் மூலம் அனுப்பப்பட்ட தூதை நம்புகிறோம்" என்று( பதில்) கூறினார்கள்.
The chief of those who behaved proudly among his people said to those who were considered weak, to those who believed from among them: Do you know that Salih is sent by his Lord? They said: Surely we are believers in what he has been sent with.

மேலும் அவர்கள் ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களை சந்திக்கும்போது," நாங்கள் உம் ஈமான் கொண்டிருக்கிறோம்" என்று சொல்கிறார்கள்; ஆனால் அவர்களுள் சிலர்( அவர்களுள்) சிலருடன் தனித்திடும்போது," உங்கள் இறைவன் முன் உங்களுக்கு எதிராக அவர்கள் வாதாடு வதற்காக அல்லாஹ் உங்களுக்கு அறிவித்துத் தந்த( தவ்ராத் )தை அவர்களுக்கு எடுத்துச் சொல்கிறீர்களா,( இதை) நீங்கள் உணரமாட்டீர்களா?என்று( யூதர்கள் சிலர்) கூறுகின்றனர்?
And when they fall in with those who believe, they say: We believe. But when they go apart one with another they say: Prate ye to them of that which Allah hath disclosed to you that they may contend with you before your Lord concerning it? Have ye then no sense?

மேலும், நீங்கள் ஒவ்வொரு வழியில் உம் உட்கார்ந்து கொண்டு, அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களை பயமுறுத்தி,( அவர்களை) அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையை விட்டுத்தடுத்து, அதில் கோணலை உண்டு பண்ணாதீர்கள்; நீங்கள் சொற்பத் தொகையினர் ஆக இருந்தீர்கள்; அவன் உங்களை அதிக தொகையினராக்கினான் என்பதையும் நினைவு கூறுங்கள்- குழப்பம் செய்து கொண்டிருந்தோரின் முடிவு என்னுவாயிற்று என்பதைக் கவனிப்பீர்கள் ஆக"( என்ற் உம் கூறினார்).
And squat not on every road, breathing threats, hindering from the path of Allah those who believe in Him, and seeking in it something crooked; But remember how ye were little, and He gave you increase. And hold in your mind's eye what was the end of those who did mischief.

மேலும் அவர்கள் ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களை சந்திக்கும்போது," நாங்கள் உம் ஈமான் கொண்டிருக்கிறோம்" என்று சொல்கிறார்கள்; ஆனால் அவர்களுள் சிலர்( அவர்களுள்) சிலருடன் தனித்திடும்போது," உங்கள் இறைவன் முன் உங்களுக்கு எதிராக அவர்கள் வாதாடு வதற்காக அல்லாஹ் உங்களுக்கு அறிவித்துத் தந்த( தவ்ராத் )தை அவர்களுக்கு எடுத்துச் சொல்கிறீர்களா,( இதை) நீங்கள் உணரமாட்டீர்களா?என்று( யூதர்கள் சிலர்) கூறுகின்றனர்?
When they meet those who believe in Muhammad, they say,"We also believe in him." But when they meet one another in private, they say,"Have you got no sense that you disclose to them those things which Allah has revealed to you so that they might bring them as a proof against you before your Lord?

முனாஃபிக்க் ஆன ஆண்கள் உம், முனாஃபிக்க் ஆன பெண்கள் உம் ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களை நோக்கி:" எங்களை கவனியுங்கள், உங்கள் ஒளிய் இலிருந்து நாங்கள் உம் பற்ற வைத்துக் கொள்கிறோம்" என்று கூறும் தினத்தை( நினைவூட்டுவீராக); அவர்களுக்குக் கூறப்படும்," உங்களுக்குப் பின்னால், திரும்பிச் சென்று பின்னர் ஒளியைத் தேடிக் கொள்ளுங்கள்." பிறகு, அவர்களுக்கிடையே ஒரு சுவர் எழுப்பப்படும்! அதற்கு ஒரு வாயில் இருக்கும், அதன் உட்புறம்( இறை) ரஹ்மத் இருக்கும், ஆனால் அதன் வெளிப்புறத்தில்-( எல்லாத்) திசையில் உம் வேதனைய் இருக்கும்.
On the Day when the hypocritical men and hypocritical women will say to those who believed,“Wait for us; let us absorb some of your light.” It will be said,“Go back behind you, and seek light.” A wall will be raised between them, in which is a door; within it is mercy, and outside it is agony.

முனாஃபிக்க் ஆன ஆண்கள் உம், முனாஃபிக்க் ஆன பெண்கள் உம் ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களை நோக்கி:" எங்களை கவனியுங்கள், உங்கள் ஒளிய் இலிருந்து நாங்கள் உம் பற்ற வைத்துக் கொள்கிறோம்" என்று கூறும் தினத்தை( நினைவூட்டுவீராக); அவர்களுக்குக் கூறப்படும்," உங்களுக்குப் பின்னால், திரும்பிச் சென்று பின்னர் ஒளியைத் தேடிக் கொள்ளுங்கள்." பிறகு, அவர்களுக்கிடையே ஒரு சுவர் எழுப்பப்படும்! அதற்கு ஒரு வாயில் இருக்கும், அதன் உட்புறம்( இறை) ரஹ்மத் இருக்கும், ஆனால் அதன் வெளிப்புறத்தில்-( எல்லாத்) திசையில் உம் வேதனைய் இருக்கும்.
On the[same] Day the hypocrite men and hypocrite women will say to those who believed,"Wait for us that we may acquire some of your light." It will be said,"Go back behind you and seek light." And a wall will be placed between them with a door, its interior containing mercy, but on the outside of it is torment.

முனாஃபிக்க் ஆன ஆண்கள் உம், முனாஃபிக்க் ஆன பெண்கள் உம் ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களை நோக்கி:" எங்களை கவனியுங்கள், உங்கள் ஒளிய் இலிருந்து நாங்கள் உம் பற்ற வைத்துக் கொள்கிறோம்" என்று கூறும் தினத்தை( நினைவூட்டுவீராக); அவர்களுக்குக் கூறப்படும்," உங்களுக்குப் பின்னால், திரும்பிச் சென்று பின்னர் ஒளியைத் தேடிக் கொள்ளுங்கள்." பிறகு, அவர்களுக்கிடையே ஒரு சுவர் எழுப்பப்படும்! அதற்கு ஒரு வாயில் இருக்கும், அதன் உட்புறம்( இறை) ரஹ்மத் இருக்கும், ஆனால் அதன் வெளிப்புறத்தில்-( எல்லாத்) திசையில் உம் வேதனைய் இருக்கும்.
Upon the day when the hypocrites, men and women, shall say to those who have believed,'Wait for us, so that we may borrow your light!' It shall be said,'Return you back behind, and seek for a light!' And a wall shall be set up between them, having a door in the inward whereof is mercy, and against the outward thereof is chastisement.

முனாஃபிக்க் ஆன ஆண்கள் உம், முனாஃபிக்க் ஆன பெண்கள் உம் ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களை நோக்கி:" எங்களை கவனியுங்கள், உங்கள் ஒளிய் இலிருந்து நாங்கள் உம் பற்ற வைத்துக் கொள்கிறோம்" என்று கூறும் தினத்தை( நினைவூட்டுவீராக); அவர்களுக்குக் கூறப்படும்," உங்களுக்குப் பின்னால், திரும்பிச் சென்று பின்னர் ஒளியைத் தேடிக் கொள்ளுங்கள்." பிறகு, அவர்களுக்கிடையே ஒரு சுவர் எழுப்பப்படும்! அதற்கு ஒரு வாயில் இருக்கும், அதன் உட்புறம்( இறை) ரஹ்மத் இருக்கும், ஆனால் அதன் வெளிப்புறத்தில்-( எல்லாத்) திசையில் உம் வேதனைய் இருக்கும்.
On the day when the hypocritical men and the hypocritical women will say to those who believe: Wait for us, that we may have light from your light; it shall be said: Turn back and seek a light. Then separation would be brought about between them, with a wall having a door in it;(as for) the inside of it, there shall be mercy in it, and(as for) the outside of it, before it there shall be punishment.

ஈமான் கொண்டவர்கள் நிச்சயமாக வெற்றி பெற்று விட்டனர்.
Triumphant indeed are the believers.

எவருடைய( நன்மைகளின்) எடைகள் இலேசாக இருக்கின்றனவோ, அவர்கள் தாம் தங்களையே நஷ்டப்படுத்திக் கொண்டவர்கள்; அவர்கள் தாம் நரகத்தில் நிரந்தரமானவர்கள்.
And those whose scales(of good deeds) are light, they are those who lose their ownselves, in Hell will they abide.

ஆனால், எவருடைய( நன்மைகளின்) எடைகள் இலேசாக இருக்கின்றனவோ, அவர்கள் தாம் தங்களையே நஷ்டப்படுத்திக் கொண்டவர்கள்; அவர்கள் தாம் நரகத்தில் நிரந்தரமானவர்கள்.
But those whose balance is light, will be those who have lost their souls, in Hell will they abide.
