This Regulation constitutes in relation to the implementation of the Agreement on the association of Norway andIceland a development of the Schengen acquis within the meaning of the Protocol integrating the Schengen acquis into the framework of the European Union.
The Protocol integrating the Schengen acquis into the framework of the European Union shall be amended as follows.
Article 7 Articles 3 and 4 shall be without prejudice to the Protocol integrating the Schengen acquis into the framework of the European Union.
