The transposition date for the 4AMLD and the entry into force of Regulation(EU) 2015/847 is 26 June 2017.

This proposal postpones the date of transposition of Directive 2009/138/EC to 30 June 2013.
The outcome was a recommendation to postpone the date of transposition of the Directive.
This requirement should only apply to instruments issued after the date of transposition of this Directive.
