We shall thus continue to move ahead in the implementation of their programmes at the national level.

Developing countries may find it useful to ensure that their national policies state clearly that first considerationbe given to the use of the TCDC modality in the implementation of their programmes and projects; they may also find it useful to censure that their national TCDC focal points are strengthened.
The Committee took note of the observations and the relevant recommendations made by UNREC, which renewed its commitment to continued support for the Committee 's member States in the implementation of their programmes.
