This is also considered oneof the main areas of cooperation among the countries of the South because most landlocked countries and transit countries are developing countries as well.
وختاماً تؤكد بلادي على أهمية دعم وتعزيز الجهود التي يبذلها الممثل السامي لأقل البلدان نمواً والبلدان النامية غير الساحلية والدول الجزرية الصغيرةالنامية والهادفة إلى حشد الدعم والمساعدة اللازمة لتنفيذ برنامج عمل ألماتي، الذي يُعد أيضاً أحد مجالات التعاون بين بلدان الجنوب، باعتبار أن البلدان غير الساحلية وبلدان العبور هي بلدان ناميةWelcome the Almaty Programme of Action adopted at the United Nations Ministerial Conference of Landlocked and Transit Developing Countries and the Donor Community on Transit Transport Cooperation, held in Almaty on 28 and 29 August 2003, which addresses the special needs of landlocked developing countries within a New Global Framework for transit transport cooperation for Landlocked and transit developing countries,and call on all stakeholders to fully and effectively implement the Almaty Programme of Action.
