(أ) توخَّياً لاتساق المعلومات وإمكانية مقارنتها، ينبغي للمنظمات الحكومية الدولية ومنظمات الأمم المتحدةصياغة تقاريرها باستخدام النهج ذاته القائم على أساس مؤشراتIndicator-based analysis and assessment is one of the reporting principles suggested for guiding the reporting of developed country Parties.
(أ) يمثِّل التحليل والتقييم على أساس مؤشرات أحد مبادئ الإبلاغ المقترحة لتوجيه عملية الإبلاغ الخاصة بالبلدان الأطراف المتقدِّمةConsistency with The Strategy and its objectives implies the adoption of an indicator-based approach to the assessment of progress with implementation, and thus to reporting.
(أ) يقتضي تحقيق الاتساق بين الاستراتيجية وأهدافها اعتمادَ نهجٍ قائم على أساس مؤشرات في تقييم مستوى التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ الاتفاقية، ومن ثمَّ في عملية الإبلاغGIWA is developing indicator-based assessment methodologies for both marine, coastal and inland waters, which will be applied regionally.
ويتولى هذا التقييم وضع منهجيات تقييم قائمة على أساس مؤشرات من أجل المياه البحرية والساحلية والداخلية والتي ستطبق IGOs and United Nations organizations should, for the sake of consistency and comparability,structure their reports using the same indicator-based approach as that applied to Parties.
