Member States may provide that branches referred to in this Section whose head office simultaneously pursues both activities and which on the dates referred to in the first subparagraph of Article 73(5) pursued in the territory of a Member State solely life insurance activity may continue their activity there.
For the purpose of this Section 27, the term“losses” means all net costs reasonably incurred by us orthe other persons referred to in this Section that are the result of the matters set out in this Section 27 and that may relate to any claims, demands, causes of action, debt, cost, expense or other liability, including reasonable legal fees(without duplication).
