The exit summary declaration is lodged by the carrier.
Make sure that your carrier has submitted an Entry Summary Declaration.
An entry summary declaration shall not be required in respect of the following goods.
Time-limits for lodging the entry summary declaration in case of force majeure.
(c) the data comprises all of the particulars required for an entry summary declaration.
Lodging an exit or entry summary declaration in the customs territory of the Union;
(b) the electronic application of the person lodging the entry summary declaration is not functioning.
The exit summary declaration shall be made using an electronic data processing technique.

The customs authorities have established that the particulars of the entry summary declaration are incorrect;

In the cases referred to in paragraph 1(a), the debt shall be incurred at the time of acceptance of the re-export declaration orof the registration of the re-export notification or exit summary declaration.
The customs authorities shall immediately notify the person who lodged amendments to the particulars of the entry summary declaration of their decision to register or reject the amendments.
