The provisions in force in the Member States regarding contract law applicable to the activities referred to in this Directive differ.
Whereas the premixtures referred to in this Directive may under no circumstances be regarded as preparations covered by the definition of additive;
Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3(1), the Member States shall only authorise the importation of the animals referred to in this Directive if they come from non-Member States;
Every decision referred to in this Directive which is taken by the competent authority of a Member State shall state in detail the reasons on which it is based.
