Such notification shall comprise a list of applicants showing the quantity applied for per CN code and per country of origin of the products.
By 21 October at the latest, Member Statesshall inform the Commission of the applications for each basic product, stating the quantity applied for and the company name of the corresponding operator.
Member States shall, by telex or fax not later than 1 p.m. on the working day following the day on which the application is lodged,notify the Commission of the origin of the product, the quantity applied for and the name of the applicant.
