The command of God has come, so do not rush it. Glory be to Him; exalted above what they associate.
आ गया आदेश अल्लाह का, तो अब उसके लिए जल्दी न मचाओ। वह महान और उच्च है उस शिर्क से जो व कर रहे है।

And[there are] others deferred until the command of God- whether He will punish them or whether He will forgive them.
और कुछ दूसरे लोग भी है जिनका मामला अल्लाह का हुक्म आने तक स्थगित है, चाहे वह उन्हें यातना दे या उनकी तौबा क़बूल करे।

No blame shall be attached to the Prophet for doing what is sanctioned for him by God. This was God's way with those who went before him-- and the command of God is a decree determined.

This is the command of God which He has revealed to you. God will expiate the evil deeds of those who fear Him and will increase their rewards.
यह अल्लाह का आदेश है जो उसने तुम्हारी ओर उतारा है। और जो कोई अल्लाह का डर रखेगा उससे वह उसकी बुराईयाँ दूर कर देगा और उसके प्रतिदान को बड़ा कर देगा।

There is no blame on the Prophet regarding what God has ordained for him. Such is the pattern of God among those who passed before. The command of God is an absolute decree.

Why are you surprised at the command of God? God's mercy and blessings be upon you, O members of this household," they said."Verily He is worthy of praise and glory.
वे बोले,"क्या अल्लाह के आदेश पर तुम आश्चर्य करती हो? घरवालो! तुम लोगों पर तो अल्लाह की दयालुता और उसकी बरकतें है। वह निश्चय ही प्रशंसनीय, गौरववाला है।

The Prophet cannot be blamed for carrying out the commands of God. It was the tradition of God with those who lived before. The command of God has already been decreed and ordained.
जो हुक्म खुदा ने पैग़म्बर पर फर्ज क़र दिया(उसके करने) में उस पर कोई मुज़ाएका नहीं जो लोग(उनसे) पहले गुज़र चुके हैं उनके बारे में भी खुदा का(यही) दस्तूर(जारी) रहा है(कि निकाह में तंगी न की) और खुदा का हुक्म तो(ठीक अन्दाज़े से) मुक़र्रर हुआ होता है।

O you who were given the Book! Believe in what We sent down, confirming what you have, before We obliterate faces and turn them inside out, or curse them as We cursed the Sabbath-breakers. The command of God is always done.
ऐ लोगों! जिन्हें किताब दी गई, उस चीज को मानो जो हमने उतारी है, जो उसकी पुष्टि में है, जो स्वयं तुम्हारे पास है, इससे पहले कि हम चेहरों की रूपरेखा को मिटाकर रख दें और उन्हें उनके पीछ की ओर फेर दें या उनपर लानत करें, जिस प्रकार हमने सब्तवालों पर लानत की थी। और अल्लाह का आदेश तो लागू होकर ही रहता है।

We sent messengers before you. Some of them We told you about, and some We did not tell you about. No messenger can bring a miracle except by leave of God. Then, when the command of God is issued, fair judgment will be passed, and there and then the seekers of vanity will lose.
और तुमसे पहले भी हमने बहुत से पैग़म्बर भेजे उनमें से कुछ तो ऐसे हैं जिनके हालात हमने तुमसे बयान कर दिए, और कुछ ऐसे हैं जिनके हालात तुमसे नहीं दोहराए और किसी पैग़म्बर की ये मजाल न थी कि ख़ुदा के ऐख्तेयार दिए बग़ैर कोई मौजिज़ा दिखा सकें फिर जब ख़ुदा का हुक्म(अज़ाब) आ पहुँचा तो ठीक ठीक फैसला कर दिया गया और अहले बातिल ही इस घाटे में रहे।

पस उनमें से चन्द लोगों के सिवा और लोग ईमान ही न लाएंगेऐ अहले किताब जो(किताब) हमने नाज़िल की है और उस(किताब) की भी तस्दीक़ करती है जो तुम्हारे पास है उस पर ईमान लाओ मगर क़ब्ल इसके कि हम कुछ लोगों के चेहरे बिगाड़कर उनके पुश्त की तरफ़ फेर दें या जिस तरह हमने असहाबे सबत(हफ्ते वालों) पर फिटकार बरसायी वैसी ही फिटकार उनपर भी करें।

If two parties among the believers start to fight against each other, restore peace among them. If one party rebels against the other, fight against the rebellious one until he surrenders to the command of God. When he does so, restore peace among them with justice and equality; God loves those who maintain justice.
यदि मोमिनों में से दो गिरोह आपस में लड़ पड़े तो उनके बीच सुलह करा दो। फिर यदि उनमें से एक गिरोह दूसरे पर ज़्यादती करे, तो जो गिरोह ज़्यादती कर रहा हो उससे लड़ो, यहाँ तक कि वह अल्लाह के आदेश की ओर पलट आए। फिर यदि वह पलट आए तो उनके बीच न्याय के साथ सुलह करा दो, और इनसाफ़ करो। निश्चय ही अल्लाह इनसाफ़ करनेवालों को पसन्द करता है।

They will call to them,“Were we not with you?” They will say,“Yes, but you cheated your souls, and waited, and doubted, and became deluded by wishful thinking, until the command of God arrived; and arrogance deceived you regarding God.”.
क्यों भाई क्या हम कभी तुम्हारे साथ न थे तो मोमिनीन कहेंगे थे तो ज़रूर मगर तुम ने तो ख़ुद अपने आपको बला में डाला और(हमारे हक़ में गर्दिशों के) मुन्तज़िर हैं और(दीन में) शक़ किया किए और तुम्हें(तुम्हारी) तमन्नाओं ने धोखे में रखा यहाँ तक कि ख़ुदा का हुक्म आ पहुँचा और एक बड़े दग़ाबाज़(शैतान) ने ख़ुदा के बारे में तुमको फ़रेब दिया।

If two parties of believers fight against each other, make peace between them; then if after that one of them transgresses against the other, fight the party that transgresses until it submits to the command of God. Then if it complies, make peace between them with equity, and act justly. Truly, God loves the just.
यदि मोमिनों में से दो गिरोह आपस में लड़ पड़े तो उनके बीच सुलह करा दो। फिर यदि उनमें से एक गिरोह दूसरे पर ज़्यादती करे, तो जो गिरोह ज़्यादती कर रहा हो उससे लड़ो, यहाँ तक कि वह अल्लाह के आदेश की ओर पलट आए। फिर यदि वह पलट आए तो उनके बीच न्याय के साथ सुलह करा दो, और इनसाफ़ करो। निश्चय ही अल्लाह इनसाफ़ करनेवालों को पसन्द करता है।
