Deterioration of the financial situation of a less significant supervised entity.
An NCA may notify the ECB that it considers a supervised entity to be significant with regard to its domestic economy.
A supervised entity can be classified as a significant supervised entity on the basis of any of the following.
The business, structural and operational complexity of the supervised entity or supervised group.
