WP.29 reiterated that, in the process of developing global technical regulations, the provisions of the 1998 Global Agreement should be followed and documents TRANS/WP.29/2002/24 and TRANS/WP.29/2002/25 used for reference.

Description: After its entry into force, the Working Party on the Construction of Vehicles(WP.29) will develop global technical regulations aimed to world-wide harmonization of the construction requirements for vehicles and their equipment and parts.
