Or do those who do evil deeds think they can outrun Us?
Don't you feel guilty toward the victims of your evil deeds?
Or do they reckon, those who do evil deeds, that they will outstrip Us? Ill they judge!

Do those who perpetrate the evil deeds assume that We will regard them as equal to those who believe and do righteous deeds, whether in their life or their death? Evil is their judgment!
This is the commandment of Allah that He has revealed to you. Whoever fears Allah, He will expunge his evil deeds and will richly reward him.
Whoever commits evil deeds will be recompensed to the same degree. The righteously striving believer, male or female, will enter Paradise wherein they will receive their sustenance without any account being kept.
This is the command of God which He has revealed to you. God will expiate the evil deeds of those who fear Him and will increase their rewards.
Or do those who earn evil deeds think that We shall hold them equal with those who believe(in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, in their present life and after their death? Worst is the judgement that they make.
And those who believe, and do righteous deeds, We shall surely acquit them of their evil deeds, and shall recompense them the best of what they were doing.
Had the people of the towns believed(in Our revelations) and maintained piety, We would have certainly showered on them Our blessings from the sky and the earth. But they called Our revelations lies, thus Our torment struck them for their evil deeds.
And establish your prayer at the two edges of the day and in part of the night. Good deeds will repel evil deeds. That is a remembrance for those whoremember.
And his people came hastening to him, and before[this] they had been doing evil deeds. He said,"O my people, these are my daughters; they are purer for you. So fear Allah and do not disgrace me concerning my guests. Is there not among you a man of reason?

Can one whose evil deeds seem attractive and virtuous to him(be compared to a truly righteous person)? God guides or causes to go astray whomever He wants.(Muhammad), do not be grieved because of their disbelief. God knows well whatever they do.
Can the one who follows the authority of his Lord be considered equal to the one whose evil deeds are made to seem attractive to him and who follows his own desires?
What then of he whose evil deeds have been decorated fair to him and thinks them to be good? Allah leads astray whomsoever He will and whomsoever He will He guides. Do not let your soul be wasted in regrets for them; Allah has knowledge of all they do.
That is the commandment of Allah which He revealeth unto you. And whoso keepeth his duty to Allah, He will remit from him his evil deeds and magnify reward for him.
