Such[people] were Ad: they repudiated their Lord's signs, defied their messengers, and followed the command of every stubborn oppressor.
اور یہ عاد ہیں کہ اپنے رب کی آیتوں سے منکِر ہوئے اور اس کے رسولوں کی نافرمانی کی اور ہر بڑے سرکش ہٹ دھرم کے کہنے پر چلے

(1) Complaining by an oppressed person against the oppressor before every such person who he thinks can do something to save him from the injustice.
ظالم کے خلاف مظلوم کی شکایت ہر اس شخص کے سامنے جس سے وہ یہ توقع رکھتا ہو کہ وہ ظلم کو دفع کرنے کے لیے کچھ کر سکتا ہے

Those who dispute the revelations of God without having received clear authority. This act greatly angers God and the believers. Thus does God seal the hearts of every arrogant oppressor.".
جو لوگ بغیر اس کے کہ ان کے پاس کوئی دلیل آئی ہو خدا کی آیتوں میں جھگڑتے ہیں۔ خدا کے نزدیک اور مومنوں کے نزدیک یہ جھگڑا سخت ناپسند ہے۔ اسی طرح خدا ہر متکبر سرکش کے دل پر مہر لگا دیتا ہے

It will not harm you if someone chooses to deviate- as long as you are rightly guided.' but I have heard the Messenger of Allah(saw) say:‘When people see an oppressor but do not prevent him from doing evil, it is likely that Allah will punish them all.”.
اپنی فکر کرو گمراہ ہونے والا تمہیں کوئی ضرر نہیں پہنچائے گا جب تم نے ہدایت پالی“( المائدہ: ۱۰۵) اور میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے سنا ہے:”جب لوگ ظالم کو دیکھ کر اس کا ہاتھ نہ پکڑیں( یعنی ظلم نہ روک دیں) تو قریب ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ اس کا عذاب لوگوں پر عام کر دے“ ۲؎

جو لوگ بغیر اس کے کہ ان کے پاس کوئی دلیل آئی ہو خدا کی آیتوں میں جھگڑتے ہیں۔ خدا کے نزدیک اور مومنوں کے نزدیک یہ جھگڑا سخت ناپسند ہے۔ اسی طرح خدا ہر متکبر سرکش کے دل پر مہر لگا دیتا ہے

Allah does not like anyone's foul words being voiced loud(publicly and openly) except by one who has been a victim of oppression(he is allowed to expose the cruelty of the oppressor), and Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.
اللہ کسی(کی) بری بات کا بآوازِ بلند(ظاہراً و علانیۃً) کہنا پسند نہیں فرماتا سوائے اس کے جس پر ظلم ہوا ہو(اسے ظالم کا ظلم آشکار کرنے کی اجازت ہے)، اور اللہ خوب سننے والا جاننے والا ہےo
