Mr. DANIELI(Israel) said that Israel had, as it had throughout the  years, joined the consensus on draft resolution A/C.1/48/L.35 on the  establishment of a nuclear-weapon-free zone in the  region of the  Middle East.

Ms. Skorpen(Norway): My delegation joined the consensus on draft resolution A/C.1/65/L.44*, entitled"Convention on  Prohibitions or Restrictions on the  Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May Be Deemed to Be Excessively Injurious or to Have Indiscriminate Effects.
Mr. Larson(United States of America): I am delivering the  following explanation of vote on  behalf of France, the  United Kingdom andthe  United States, which joined the consensus on draft resolution A/C.1/64/L.12, entitled"Observance of environmental norms in the drafting  and implementation of agreements on  disarmament and arms control.
Mr. Woolcott(Australia): Australia joined the consensus on draft resolution A/C.1/66/L.13/Rev.1, but expresses regret that paragraph 3 of the draft  resolution did not fully reflect the  range of views expressed by ministers for foreign affairs in the  Conference on  Disarmament(CD) in 2011.
Mr. Malpede(Argentina)(spoke in Spanish): Argentina joined the consensus on draft resolution A/62/L.24, on  sustainable fisheries, which has just been adopted.
Mr. Akram(Pakistan): Pakistan joined the consensus on draft resolution A/C.1/64/L.1/Rev.1, in keeping with our consistent support for a nondiscriminatory, multilateral, and internationally and effectively verifiable treaty banning the  production of fissile material for nuclear weapons or other nuclear explosive devices that also takes into account the  issue of asymmetries in stockpiles.
Mr. Saha(India) said that his delegation had joined the consensus on draft resolution A/C.5/53/L.78 in recognition of the  genuine difficulties faced by Georgia.
Mr. Grinius(Canada): Canada joined the consensus on draft resolutions A/C.1/63/L.13, A/C.1/63/L.42 and A/C.1/63/L.50 regarding the  Regional Centre for Peace, Disarmament and Development in Latin America and the  Caribbean, the  Regional Centre for Peace and Disarmament in Asia and the  Pacific, and the  Regional Centre for Peace and Disarmament in Africa because we are supportive of much of the  work that the  Centres carry out.
Mr. Toro(Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela)(spoke in Spanish):The  Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela joined the consensus on draft resolution A/C.1/65/L.37, entitled"Developments in the  field of information and telecommunications in the  context of international security.
Israel once again joined the consensus on draft resolution A/C.1/65/L.1, entitled"Establishment of a nuclear-weapon-free zone in the  region of the  Middle East", despite its reference to this year's non-consensus resolution of the  General Conference of the  International Atomic Energy Agency(IAEA) concerning the  application of IAEA safeguards in the  Middle East, and notwithstanding our substantive reservations regarding certain elements of the draft  resolution.
We deeply regret that, and, although we joined the consensus on draft resolution VI, we hope that such overlapping will not be repeated in the  future.
One delegation asked to place on  record that it joined the consensus on draft resolution B on the  understanding that the  mandated activities, referred to in paragraph 5 of the draft,  would include all those activities of the  Department mentioned in previous General Assembly resolutions, including resolution 51/138 B of 13 December 1996.
Mr. SAMADI(Islamic Republic of Iran)said that he had joined the consensus on draft resolution A/C.4/50/L.12 and voted in favour of the  remaining draft  resolutions.
Mr. Aly(Egypt): The  delegation of Egypt joined the consensus on draft resolution A/C.1/64/L.16, entitled"Convention on  Cluster Munitions", while noting thatthe  process leading to the  conclusion of the  Convention represented another example of efforts to bypass the  United Nations multilateral framework in order to develop legal instruments that neither address the  concerns of all States nor command universality even in the  longer term.
Mr. Pollard(United Kingdom): The  United Kingdom joined the consensus on draft resolution A/C.1/65/L.13, entitled"Relationship between disarmament and development.
Ms. Say(Turkey): Turkey joined the consensus on draft resolution 59/230, as it addresses important issues for the  Caribbean Sea area.
Mr. Cohen(Israel): Israel joined the consensus on draft resolution A/62/L.36, entitled"Assistance to the  Palestinian people.
My delegation has customarily joined the consensus on draft resolutions on the  creation of nuclear-weapons-free zones in the  Middle East.
Mr. Akram(Pakistan): Pakistan joined the consensus on draft resolution A/C.1/52/L.25/Rev.2, on the  prohibition of the  dumping of radioactive wastes.
Mr. Rachmianto(Indonesia): My delegation joined the consensus on draft resolution A/C.1/59/L.56, entitled"Bilateral strategic nuclear arms reductions and the  new strategic framework.
Mr. Aly(Egypt): The  delegation of Egypt joined the consensus on draft resolution A/C.1/63/L.56, entitled"Convention on  Cluster Munitions", in the  light of the  procedural nature of the draft. .
