In relation to a person who is materially or otherwise dependent on the perpetrator;
Special emphasis is placed on acts committed against a pregnant woman, a child or a person who is in a helpless state or is materially or otherwise dependent on the perpetrator.

Criminal liability may be incurred regardless of whether the actions were conducted with the use of fraud or blackmail or by taking advantage of the vulnerable situation of the persons concerned, with the threat or use of force or by abuse of official position, or were performed by persons on whom the victim was materially or otherwise dependent.
A punishment of deprivation of liberty for 3 to 10 years was introduced for offences committed against a person known by the perpetrator to be in a helpless state or who is materially or otherwise dependent, as well as against a woman known by the perpetrator to be pregnant Federal Act No. 218 of 25 November 2008.
The Article, under its aggravating circumstances, has envisaged the commission of this crime among others against two or more persons, against a pregnant woman at the previous knowledge of the perpetrator, as well as against a minor,person being in a helpless conditions or a person dependent on the criminal materially or otherwise.
The same acts, performed in respect of several people or repeatedly, or by prior conspiracy of a group of persons, or by officials through abuse of their official position, or by persons on whom the victims are materially or otherwise dependent, shall be punishable by deprivation of liberty for periods of between four and seven years.
The above criminal acts may be committed against persons who are materially or otherwise dependent on the perpetrators, for instance where the perpetrator ensures the victim's sustenance in full or in part, where a debtor depends on the creditor, or in cases of non-financial dependence, such as in the framework of family relations, organizational hierarchy.
Article 145,"Inducement to suicide"(inducement, by means of cruel or systematically degrading treatment, to commit or attempt to commit suicide, including in respect of a person who is materially or otherwise dependent on the perpetrator);
In particular, the concept of"trafficking in persons" was broadened, and new aggravating circumstances were introduced for example,when the offence is committed with regard to a person known by the perpetrator to be in a helpless state or to be materially or otherwise dependent on the perpetrator,or with regard to a woman whom the perpetrator knows to be pregnant.
Liability for the recruitment, transfer, concealment, handover or taking delivery of young or under-age persons in the terms of the present article is incurred irrespective of whether such actions are performed with the use of deception, blackmail or by taking advantage of the vulnerable situation of the persons concerned or with the threat or use of force, abuse of official position or by a person on whom the victim is materially or otherwise dependent.
The actions referred to in paragraph 1 of the present article, committed in respect of several persons repeatedly or by prior conspiracy of a group of persons, or by officials through abuse of their official position,or by a person on whom the victim was materially or otherwise dependent, shall be punishable by deprivation of liberty for a period from four to seven years.
In the terms of this article, criminal liability for the recruitment, transport, harbouring, transfer or receipt of a young child or minor may be incurred regardless of whether the actions in question were conducted with the use of deception or blackmail or by taking advantage of the vulnerable situation of the persons concerned, with the threat or use of force or by abuse of official position, or were performed by persons on whom the victim was materially or otherwise dependent.
Article 99, Causing suicide or a suicide attempt by a person because of systematic mistreatment or other systematic misbehaviour which seriously affects the dignity of the person,committed by another person upon whom the victim is materially or otherwise dependent is punished by a fineor up to five years of imprisonment.
Under article 103 of the Criminal Code, liability is incurred for driving a person to suicide or attempted suicide through cruel treatment or deliberate attacks on his or her honour,regardless of whether that person was materially or otherwise dependent on the guilty party.
Restriction of liberty for up to five years or imprisonment for one to five years for inducement, by means of cruel or systematically degrading treatment, to commit or attempt to commit suicide,including in respect of a person who is materially or otherwise dependent on the perpetrator(article 145);

Rather than deriving policy from an idealized or ideological grounding, a consultative approach recognizes not only that agents within society have a valid stake in the decision-making processes that affect their lives, it also recognizes(implicitly at least) that the behavioural response of agents to urban policy andplanning decisions will materially affect the success or otherwise of those policies.
