В случае аннулирования Заказчика- отказ Заказчика от забронированных услуг Исполнителя- не позднее чем за 21 дней до даты предполагаемого заезда, Заказчику возвращается 100% суммы предоплаты.

Taking into account that the Contractor, in accordance with Article 633 of the CC of Ukraine, provides Services to any legal entity, individual involved in entrepreneurial activities without forming a legal entity, or an individual, and the Customer, after acceptance of the public offer(hereinafter referred to as the"Offer"), becomes a user of the Services provided by the Contractor, the Parties hereby agree to unconditional and unreserved acceptance of the terms of this Offer and shall strictly comply with them.
