With each electoral list, the submitter is obliged to submit other documents prescribed by law, as well as at least 10,000 statements certified by law, signatures of the voters supporting particular electoral list.
(4) Each submitter of the electoral list shall have the right to examine, through a person appointed by it, all submitted electoral lists and accompanying documentation within 48 hours from the date of publication of the general electoral list.
The Bill was presented by representative of the submitter State Secretary at the Ministry of Finance Slavica Savicic who said the amendments concern the redefinition of the term of electoral campaign, election campaign expenses and the part of the Law concerning the Anti-Corruption Agency.
