Annex E4 to the International Convention on the simplification and harmonization of customs procedures COM(87) 310 final.
Considering that simplification and harmonization of their customs procedures can effectively contribute to the development of international tradeand of other international exchanges.
The preparation of the new programmes was characterized by a very clear desire for simplification and harmonization ofform.
The following Annexes to the International Convention on the Simplification and Harmonization of Customs Procedures are hereby accepted on behalf of the Community, subject to the reservations indicated.
Accepting, on behalf of the Community, Annex F 2 to the International Convention on the simplification and Harmonization of Customs Procedures.
The international convention on the simplification and harmonization of customs proceduresand the Annex thereto concerning customs warehouses are hereby respectively concluded and accepted on behalf of the Community.
Whereas by Decision 75/199/EEC(1)the Community concluded the International Convention on the simplification and harmonization of customs procedures;
Whereas the international convention on the simplification and harmonization of customs procedures negotiated within the Customs Cooperation Council can effectively contribute to the development of international trade;
Pursuant to Decision 75/199/EEC(2),the Community has concluded the International Convention on the simplification and harmonization of customs procedures;
Each Contracting Party undertakes to promote the simplification and harmonization of customs proceduresand, to that end, to conform, in accordance with the provisions of this convention, to the standards and recommended practices in the Annexes to this convention.
Whereas, by Decision 75/199/EEC(1),the Community concluded the International Convention on the Simplification and Harmonization of Customs Procedures;
The following Annexes to the International Convention on the simplification and harmonization of customs procedures are accepted on behalf of the Community:- Annex D.1 concerning rules of origin, except for standards 7 and 8 and recommended practice 10.
The Community has accepted the Annex concerning Customs Warehouses to the International Convention on the Simplification and Harmonization of Customs Procedures.
The following Annexes to the International Convention on the simplification and harmonization of customs procedures are hereby accepted on behalf of the Community:- Annex A.1 concerning customs formalities prior to the lodgement of the goods declaration, with reservations regarding standards 11 and 21;
Whereas, under Decision 75/199/EEC(1),the Community is a party to the international convention on the simplification and harmonization of customs procedures;
Whereas, by Decision 75/199/EEC, the Community concluded the International Convention on the Simplification and Harmonization of Customs Proceduresand accepted the Annex thereto concerning customs warehouses;
COUNCIL DECISION of 10 March 1994 concerning the amendments to the reservations entered by the Community in respect of some provisions of certain Annexes to the international Convention on the simplification and harmonization of customs procedures 94/167/EC.
Whereas the acceptance of the Annexes to the International Convention on the Simplification and Harmonization of Customs Procedures effectively contributes to facilitationand development of international trade;
Whereas, in accordance with Decision 75/199/EEC(1),the Community is a party to the International Convention on the simplification and harmonization of customs procedures;
COUNCIL DECISION of 18 March 1975 concluding an international convention on the simplification and harmonization of customs procedures and accepting the Annex thereto concerning customs warehouses 75/199/EEC.
Whereas, in accordance with Council Decision 75/199/EEC of 18 March 1975(1),the Community is a party to the International Convention on the simplification and harmonization of customs procedures;
Whereas, by Decision 75/199/EEC(1),the Community concluded the International Convention on the simplification and harmonization of customs proceduresand accepted the Annex thereto concerning customs warehouses;
Whereas account must be taken of measures in favour of travellers recommended by specialized international organizations,in particular the measures contained in Annex F.3 to the International Convention on the Simplification and Harmonization of Customs Procedures;
