Designing and implementing statistical programmes.
They carry out statistical programmes and are responsible for inspections and the monitoring system.

Any other question, in particular questions of methodology,arising from the establishment or implementation of the Statistical Programmes which are raised by its chairman, either on his own initiative or at the request of a Member State.
