The methods of measurement and analysis used and, where appropriate, their limit of detection, accuracy and precision.
Limit of detection" means the minimum value of the parameter examined which it is possible to detect.

The values for the limit of detection and for the precision and accuracy of the methods of measurement used to check the parameters set out in Annex I to this Directive must be respected.
Virological response was defined as undetectable HCV RNA as measured by the COBAS AMPLICOR™ HCV Test, version 2.0(limit of detection 100 copies/ ml equivalent to 50 International Units/ ml) and sustained response as one negative sample approximately 6 months after end of therapy.
