The chair shall submit to the committee the draft implementing act to be adopted by the Commission.

This provision does not preclude that Commission may, as is the current practice, in very exceptional cases, take into consideration new circumstances that have arisen after the vote anddecide not to adopt a draft implementing act, after having duly informed the committee and the legislator.
The motion for a resolutionmay incorporate a request to the Commission to withdraw the draft implementing act or measure, to amend it in keeping with the objections raised by Parliament, or to submit a new legislative proposal.
