Provisions of this section;
If any provisions of this Policy contradict the provisions of this section, the provisions of this section shall prevail.

The provisions of this Section do not apply to submissions of persons to police and medical institutions, rescue services and other institutions in cases of urgent calls for medical aid, commission of crimes or other violations of law, or calls for emergency assistance in cases of fire, accident or other emergencies.
The provisions of this Section shall not form an obstacle to the applicationof measures taken in the Federal Republic of Germany to the extent that such measures are required in order to compensate for the economic disadvantages caused by the division of Germany to the economy of certain areas of the Federal Republic affected by that division.
The provisions of this Section shall not apply to the passengers travelling free of charge or at a reduced cost that is directly or indirectly not available to other passengers, but these provisions should apply to the passengers to whom the tickets were issued according to the program of the carrier for the passengers who travel by air frequently(loyalty program).
If a passenger does not follow the provisions of this section or acts in another manner that breaches rules established by the airline, the airline has a right to deny such passenger in his/her further transportation and apply to him/her measures of administrative and civil influence(bringing to administrative responsibility, criminal responsibility, claiming to the court on indemnification of expenses) etc.
The provisions of this section are additional to the rules concerning humanitarian protection contained in the Fourth Convention, particularly in part II thereof, and in other international agreements binding upon the High Contracting Parties, as well as to other rules of international law relating to the protection of civilians and civilian objects on land, at sea or in the air against the effects of hostilities.
Provisions of this section are applied when a subject(hereinafter- marketing carrier) as a main party concludes transportation contracts with a passenger or with a person who acts on passenger's behalf, and other subject(hereinafter- operating carrier) as authorized carrier by the contract performs whole transportation or its part, but is not the consecutive carrier in regards to such part, in interpretation of section 23 of these rules.
In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Section and the provisions of the Energy Community Treaty of 2005 or the provisions of the EU legislation made applicable under the Energy Community Treaty of 2005, the provisions of the Energy Community Treaty of 2005 or the provisions of the relevant EU legislation made applicable under the Energy Community Treaty of 2005 shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.
In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Section and the provisions of the Energy Community Treaty of 2005 or the provisions of the EU legislation made applicable under the Energy Community Treaty of 2005, the provisions of the Energy Community Treaty of 2005 or the provisions of the relevant EU legislation made applicable under the Energy Community Treaty of 2005 shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.
