In such cases, the measures needed to implement this Regulation should be taken pursuant to Council Decision 1999/468/EC of 28 June 1999 laying down the procedures for the exercise of implementing powers conferred on the Commission 6.
U takvim sluajevima mjere potrebne za provedbu ove Uredbe trebalo bi donijeti u skladu s Odlukom Vijeća 1999/468/EZ od 28. lipnja 1999. o utvrÄ‘ivanju postupaka za izvršavanje provedbenih ovlasti dodijeljenih Komisiji 6.

(69) In order to ensure uniform conditions for the implementation of this Regulation, implementing powers should be conferred on the Commission as regards the decision requiring Member States to adapt their plans for compliance with a common timetable for granting rights of use and allowing actual use.

In order to ensure uniform conditions for the implementation of the provisions of this Regulation concerning the approval or refusal to approve the draft joint recommendation by Regional Coordination groups, implementing powers should be conferred on the Commission.
