যখন আমি ফেরেশতাদেরকে বললামঃ তোমরা আদমকে সেজদা কর, তখন ইবলীস ব ্ যতীত সবাই সেজদা করল। সে অমান ্ য করল।

So the angels prostrated themselves, all together.
তখন ফিরিশ ্ ‌ তারা সিজদা করলে, তাদের সবাই সববেত- ভাবে,--।

যখন আমি ফেরেশতাদেরকে বললামঃ তোমরা আদমকে সেজদা কর, তখন ইবলীস ব ্ যতীত সবাই সেজদা করল। সে অমান ্ য করল।

So they[all] prostrated, but not Iblis: he was not among those who prostrated.

And certainly We created you, then We fashioned you, then We said to the angels: Prostrate to Adam. So they did prostrate except Iblis; he was not of those who prostrated.
আর আমি তোমাদেরকে সৃষ ্ টি করেছি, এরপর আকার- অবয়ব, তৈরী করেছি। অতঃপর আমি ফেরেশতাদেরকে বলছি- আদমকে সেজদা কর তখন সবাই সেজদা করেছে, কিন ্ তু ইবলীস সে সেজদাকারীদের অন ্ তর ্ ভূক ্ ত ছিল না।

Thereat the angels prostrated, all of them together.
তখন ফিরিশ ্ ‌ তারা সিজদা করলে, তাদের সবাই সববেত- ভাবে,--।

Allah created thee with His own hand and breathed unto thee of His Spirit and commanded the angels and they prostrated before thee.
আল্লাহ তাআলা আপনাকে নিজ হাতে সৃষ্টি করেছেন, আপনার মধ্যে তাঁর রূহ সঞ্চার করেছেন, তাঁর আদেশে ফেরেশতারা আপনাকে সিজদা করে এবং তিনি আপনাকে জান্নাতে বসবাস করতে দেন।

Then We said to the angels,"Prostrate to Adam"; so they prostrated, except for Iblees. He was not of those who prostrated.
অতঃপর আমি ফেরেশতাদেরকে বলছি- আদমকে সেজদা কর তখন সবাই সেজদা করেছে, কিন্তু ইবলীস সে সেজদাকারীদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত ছিল না।

And when We commanded the angels,“ Prostrate before Adam”- so they all prostrated, except Iblis; he refused.
আর আমরা যখন ফিরিশ ্ ‌ তাদের বললাম--'' আদমকে সিজদা করো'', তখন তারা সিজদা করল, কিন্তু ইবলিস করল না, সে অমান্য করল।

And[ mention] when We said to the angles," Prostrate to Adam," and they prostrated, except for Iblees. He said," Should I prostrate to one You created from clay?".
আর আমরা যখন ফিরিশ ্ ‌ তাদের বললাম--'' আদমকে সিজদা করো'', তখন তারা সিজদা করল, ইবলিস ব্যতীত। সে বললে--'' আমি কি তাকে সিজদা করব যাকে তুমি কাদা দিয়ে সৃষ্টি করেছ?''।

আর আমরা যখন ফিরিশ ্ ‌ তাদের বললাম--'' আদমকে সিজদা করো'', তখন তারা সিজদা করল, কিন্তু ইবলিস করল না, সে অমান্য করল।

And( remember) when We said to the angels:" Prostrate yourselves to Adam." They prostrated( all) except Iblis( Satan), who refused.
যখন আমি ফেরেশতাদেরকে বললামঃ তোমরা আদমকে সেজদা কর, তখন ইবলীস ব ্ যতীত সবাই সেজদা করল। সে অমান ্ য করল।

And recall when We ordered the angels that,“ Prostrate before Adam”- so they all prostrated except Iblis; he said,“ Shall I prostrate before one whom You have created from clay?”.
আর আমরা যখন ফিরিশ ্ ‌ তাদের বললাম--'' আদমকে সিজদা করো'', তখন তারা সিজদা করল, ইবলিস ব্যতীত। সে বললে--'' আমি কি তাকে সিজদা করব যাকে তুমি কাদা দিয়ে সৃষ্টি করেছ?''।

And( remember) when We said to the angels:" Prostrate yourselves to Adam." They prostrated( all) except Iblis( Satan), who refused.
আর আমরা যখন ফিরিশ ্ ‌ তাদের বললাম--'' আদমকে সিজদা করো'', তখন তারা সিজদা করল, কিন্তু ইবলিস করল না, সে অমান্য করল।

And( remember) when We said to the angels:" Prostrate yourselves before Adam.". And they prostrated except Iblis( Satan), he refused and was proud and was one of the disbelievers( disobedient to Allah).
আর স ্ মরণ করো! আমরা ফিরিশ ্ ‌ তাদের বললাম--“ আদমের প ্ রতি সিজদা করো।” সুতরাং তারা সিজদা করল, কিন ্ তু ইবলিস করলনা, কারণ সে ছিল কাফিরদের অন ্ তর ্ ভুক ্ ত।

Certainly We created you, then We formed you, then We said to the angels,‘ Prostrate before Adam.' So they[ all] prostrated, but not Iblis: he was not among those who prostrated.
আর আমি তোমাদেরকে সৃষ ্ টি করেছি, এরপর আকার- অবয়ব, তৈরী করেছি। অতঃপর আমি ফেরেশতাদেরকে বলছি- আদমকে সেজদা কর তখন সবাই সেজদা করেছে, কিন ্ তু ইবলীস সে সেজদাকারীদের অন ্ তর ্ ভূক ্ ত ছিল না।

And indeed We created you, then designed you and then ordered the angels,“ Prostrate before Adam”; so they all prostrated, except Iblis( Satan); he did not become of those who prostrate.
