Tenderers are requested to use the template in Annex X PARF.

Social, labour andhuman aspects Tenderers should fulfil and be able to document/report on all obligations derived from the OSH Framework Directive(Council Directive 89/391/EEC) on the introduction of measures to encourage improvements in the safety and health at work, and the corresponding transposition into their country's national law.
