Article 29- Processing under the authority of the controller or processor.
Any action taken by the controller or processor to mitigate the damage suffered by data subjects;> Article: 5.
Where controllers or processors are involved in the same processing, each controller or processor should be held liable for the entire damage.
The controller or processor should compensate any damage which a person may suffer as a result of processing that infringes this Regulation.
Proceedings against a controller or a processor shall be brought before the courts of the Member State where the controller or processor has an establishment.
To issue warnings to a controller or processor that intended processing operations are likely to infringe provisions of this Regulation;
