Any provisions required for the application of this Regulation shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 26 of Regulation(EEC) No 2727/75(1) or,as appropriate, the corresponding Articles of the other Regulations on the common organization of markets.

The description of products and references to the headings or subheadings of the combined nomenclature in Council Regulations may be adjusted in accordance with the procedurelaid down in Article 38 of Regulation No 136/66/EEC and in the corresponding Articles of the other Regulations on the common organization of markets if such adjustments are due to amendments to the combined nomenclature.
Where transitional measures are necessary under the common agricultural policy in order to facilitate the switch-over from the existing arrangements to those resulting from the requirements of the agreements referred to in Article 1, such measures shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 38 of Regulation No 136/66/EEC(6) or,as appropriate, the corresponding Articles in the other Regulations on the common organization of agricultural markets, or in Regulation(EC) No 3448/93(7).
