Examples of using We testify in English and their translations into Urdu

They said: yes, verily we testify.
انہوں نے کہا: ہاں!ہم گواہی دیتے ہیں

We testify that You are our lord.”.
ہم گواہی دیتی ہیں کہ تو ہمارا رب ہے

They said: Yea, verily, we testify.
انہوں نے کہا: ہاں!ہم گواہی دیتے ہیں

We testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad(s.a.) is His servant and messengers.
ہم گواہی دیتے ہیں کہ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود برحق نہیں اور محمد اللہ کے رسول ہیں

(Saying):‘Am I not your Lord' they said,‘Yes, we testify to it.'.
پوچھا کہ کیا تمہارا پروردگار نہیں ہوں۔ وہ کہنے لگے کیوں نہیں ہم گواہ ہیں کہ تو ہمارا

We testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad ﷺ is His slave and Messenger.
ہم گواہی دیتے ہیں کہ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود برحق نہیں اور محمد اللہ کے رسول ہیں

He asked them,"Am I not your Lord?" and they answered,"Yes, we testify."?
پھر اُن سے براہ راست کلام کرتے ہوئے فرمایا:” کیا میں تمہارا رب نہیں ہوں؟“ انہوں نے کہا: یقینا، ہم گواہی دیتے ہیں?

We testify that there is no God but Allah, and we testify that Muhammad is the servant of Allah and His Messenger.
ہم گواہی دیتے ہیں کہ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود برحق نہیں اور محمد اللہ کے رسول ہیں

Return unto your father and say: O our father! Lo! thy son hath stolen. We testify only to that which we know; we are not guardians of the Unseen.
تم سب والد صاحب کی خدمت میں واپس جاؤ اور کہو کہ اباجی! آپ کے صاحبزادے نے چوری کی اور ہم نے وہی گواہی دی تھی جو ہم جانتے تھے۔ ہم کچھ غیب کی حفاﻇت کرنے والے نہ تھے

We testify,' lest you should say on the Day of Resurrection:'Verily, we have been unaware of this}(Qur'an 7: 172).
(تو ہی ہمارا رب ہے،) ہم گواہی دیتے ہیں تاکہ قیامت کے دن یہ(نہ) کہو کہ ہم اس عہد سے بے خبر تھے،(172

Return, all of you to your father and say to him:'Father, your son has committed a theft. We testify only to what we know. How could we guard against the unforeseen?
تم سب والد صاحب کی خدمت میں واپس جاؤ اور کہو کہ اباجی! آپ کے صاحبزادے نے چوری کی اور ہم نے وہی گواہی دی تھی جو ہم جانتے تھے۔ ہم کچھ غیب کی حفاﻇت کرنے والے نہ تھے?

We testify that there is no God but Allah alone and that He has no partner, and I testify that Muhammed is His servant and messenger.
ہم شہادت دیتے ہیں کہ اللہ کے سوا کوئی عبادت کے لائق نہیں، محمد ﷺ اس کے بندے اورخاتم النبین ہیں اور انﷺ کے بعد کوئی نبی یا رسول نہیں ہے

We testify that the Messenger of Allah(Peach be upon him) forbade(the use of) gourds, green jars, receptacles smeared with pitch, and hollowed stumps of palm-trees.
ہم گواہی دیتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے تمبی، سبز رنگ کے برتن، تارکول ملے ہوئے برتن اور لکڑی کے برتن ۱؎ سے منع فرمایا ہے

Return to your father and say,'O our father! Verily, your son(Benjamin) has stolen, and we testify not except according to what we know, and we could not know the unseen!
تم سب والد صاحب کی خدمت میں واپس جاؤ اور کہو کہ اباجی! آپ کے صاحبزادے نے چوری کی اور ہم نے وہی گواہی دی تھی جو ہم جانتے تھے۔ ہم کچھ غیب کی حفاﻇت کرنے والے نہ تھے!

When the hypocrites come to you,[O Muhammad], they say,"We testify that you are the Messenger of Allah." And Allah knows that you are His Messenger, and Allah testifies that the hypocrites are liars.
جب آپ کے پاس منافق آتے ہیں تو کہتے ہیں ہم گواہی دیتے ہیں کہ بے شک آپ الله کے رسول ہیں اور الله جانتا ہے کہ بے شک آپ اس کے رسول ہیں اور الله گواہی دیتا ہے کہ بے شک منافق جھوٹے ہیں

And remember when your Lord brought forth the generations from the backs of the Descendants of Adam, and made them their own witness;“Am I not your Lord?”; they all said,“Yes surely You are, why not? We testify”; for you may say on the Day of Resurrection that,“We were unaware of this.”.
اور اے محبوب! یاد کرو جب تمہارے رب نے اولاد آدم کی پشت سے ان کی نسل نکالی اور انہیں خود ان پر گواہ کیا، کیا میں تمہارا رب نہیں سب بولے کیوں نہیں ہم گواہ ہوئے کہ کہیں قیامت کے دن کہو کہ ہمیں اس کی خبر نہ تھی

اے نبیؐ، جب یہ منافق تمہارے پاس آتے ہیں تو کہتے ہیں"ہم گواہی دیتے ہیں کہ آ پ یقیناً اللہ کے رسول ہیں" ہاں، اللہ جانتا ہے کہ تم ضرور اُس کے رسول ہو، مگر اللہ گواہی دیتا ہے کہ یہ منافق قطعی جھوٹے ہیں

پیغمبر یہ منافقین آپ کے پاس آتے ہیں تو کہتے ہیں کہ ہم گواہی دیتے ہیں کہ آپ اللہ کے رسول ہیں اور اللہ بھی جانتا ہے کہ آپ اس کے رسول ہیںلیکن اللہ گواہی دیتا ہے کہ یہ منافقین اپنے دعویٰ میں جھوٹے ہیں

تم سب والد صاحب کی خدمت میں واپس جاؤ اور کہو کہ اباجی! آپ کے صاحبزادے نے چوری کی اور ہم نے وہی گواہی دی تھی جو ہم جانتے تھے۔ ہم کچھ غیب کی حفاﻇت کرنے والے نہ تھے

When the hypocrites come to you,[O Muhammad], they say,"We testify that you are the Messenger of Allah." And Allah knows that you are His Messenger, and Allah testifies that the hypocrites are liars.
(اے رسول(ص)) جب منافق لوگ آپ کے پاس آتے ہیں تو کہتے ہیں کہ ہم گواہی دیتے ہیں کہ بےشک آپ اللہ کے رسول(ص) ہیں اور اللہ جانتا ہے کہ یقیناً آپ اس کے رسول(ص) ہیں لیکن اللہ گواہی دیتا ہے کہ منافق بالکل جھوٹے ہیں

Go back to your father, and say,‘Our father, your son has stolen. We testify only to what we know, and we could not have prevented the unforeseen.'”.
ہاں تم لوگ باپ کی خدمت میں جاؤ اور عرض کرو کہ آپ کے فرزند نے چوری کی ہے اور ہم اسی بات کی گواہی دے رہے ہیں جس کا ہمیں علم ہے اور ہم غیب کی حفاظت کرنے والے نہیں ہیں

لہٰذا تم لوگ اپنے باپ کے پاس واپس جاؤ۔ اور جاکر کہو اے ہمارے باپ! آپ کے بیٹے(بنیامین) نے چوری کی ہے اور ہم نے اسی بات کی گواہی دی ہے۔ جس کا ہمیں علم ہے اور ہم غیب کی نگہبانی کرنے والے نہیں ہیں(غیبی باتوں کی ہمیں خبر نہیں ہے)

When the hypocrites come in your presence(O dear Prophet Mohammed- peace and blessings be upon him) they say,“We testify that you surely are Allah's Noble Messenger”; and Allah knows that you indeed are His Noble Messenger, and Allah testifies that the hypocrites are indeed liars.
اے نبیؐ، جب یہ منافق تمہارے پاس آتے ہیں تو کہتے ہیں"ہم گواہی دیتے ہیں کہ آ پ یقیناً اللہ کے رسول ہیں" ہاں، اللہ جانتا ہے کہ تم ضرور اُس کے رسول ہو، مگر اللہ گواہی دیتا ہے کہ یہ منافق قطعی جھوٹے ہیں
