In its resolution 52/217 of 22 December 1997, the General Assembly decided to appropriate to the Special Account for the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia $68,829,800 gross $62,331,600 net.
In its resolution 55/226 of 23 December 2000, the General Assembly decided to appropriate to the Special Account for the International Tribunal for Rwanda a total of $93,974,800 gross($85,607,600 net) for 2001.
By its resolution 60/243, the General Assembly decided to appropriate to the Special Account for the Tribunal a total amount of $305,137,300 gross($278,559,400 net), and it also approved a staffing table of 990 posts for the biennium 2006-2007, representing no change vis-à-vis 2005 staffing levels.
It is also noted that,by its resolution 60/243, the General Assembly decided to appropriate to the Special Account for the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia a total amount of $305,137,300 gross($278,559,400 net) for the biennium 2006-2007.
At its fifty-eighth session, the General Assembly decided to appropriate to the Special Account for MONUC the amount of $59,038,300 for the maintenance of the Mission for the period from 1 July 2003 to 30 June 2004, in addition to the amount of $582 million already appropriated and apportioned for the same period under the terms of its resolution 57/335 of 18 June 2003 resolution 58/259 A.
In its resolution 56/248 A of 24 December 2001, the General Assembly decided to appropriate to the Special Account for the International Tribunal for Rwanda, on a provisional basis, a total amount of $192,312,400 gross($173,611,600 net) for the biennium 2002-2003.
By its resolution 60/243, the General Assembly decided to appropriate to the Special Account for the Tribunal a total amount of $305,137,300 gross($278,559,400 net) for the biennium 2006-2007.
In that connection, it is noted that by its resolution 62/230, the General Assembly decided to appropriate to the Special Account for the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia a total amount of $347,566,900 gross($316,472,100 net) for the biennium 2008-2009.
By its resolution 48/244 of 5 April 1994, the General Assembly decided to appropriate to the Special Account for UNFICYP a total amount of $10,500,000 gross($10,072,000 net) for the period from 16 December 1993 to 15 June 1994 and to assess Member States for the same amount.
On 23 December 2004, in its resolution 59/274, the General Assembly decided to appropriate to the Special Account a total of $329,317,900 gross($298,437,000 net) for the biennium 2004-2005, which included the proposed post and travel resources of the Investigations Division for 2005.
At its sixty-fifth session, in December 2010, the General Assembly decided to appropriate to the Special Account for the United Nations Mission in the Sudan the amount of 70,026,300 dollars for the maintenance of the Mission for the period from 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2011, in addition to the amount of 938 million dollars already appropriated for the same period under the terms of its resolution 64/283 resolution 65/257 A.
In its resolution 53/212, the General Assembly also decided to appropriate to the Special Account for the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia a total amount of $103,437,600 gross($94,103,800 net) for 1999.
On 15 June 2000, the General Assembly adopted resolution 54/239 B and decided to appropriate to the Special Account for the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia a total amount of $106,149,400 gross($95,942,600 net) for 2000.
On 22 December 1997, the General Assembly adopted resolution 52/217 and decided to appropriate to the special account for the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia a total amount of $68,829,800 gross($62,331,600 net) for the period from 1 January to 31 December 1998.
The General Assembly, in its resolution 62/230, decided to appropriate to the Special Account for the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 a total amount of $347,566,900 gross($316,472,100 net) for the biennium 2008-2009.
It is recalled that the General Assembly, in its resolution 48/242 of 5 April 1994, decided to appropriate to the Special Account for UNIKOM an amount equivalent to one third of the cost of the Mission and to assess the same amount among Member States.
It may be recalled that the General Assembly, in its resolution 48/255 of 26 May 1994, decided to appropriate to the Special Account for UNAMIC and UNTAC the amount of $236 million authorized and apportioned with the prior concurrence of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions.
The General Assembly, in its resolution 62/229, decided to appropriate to the Special Account for the International Criminal Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Genocide and Other Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of Rwanda and Rwandan Citizens Responsible for Genocide and Other Such Violations Committed in the Territory of Neighbouring States between 1 January and 31 December 1994 a total amount of $267,356,200 gross($247,466,600 net) for the biennium 2008-2009.
The General Assembly, in its resolution 50/213 of 23 December 1995, decided to appropriate to the Special Account for the Tribunal an amount of $7,609,900 gross($7,090,600 net) for the period from 1 January to 31 March 1996, without prejudice to the comments and recommendations the Advisory Committee might make following its review of the budget for the full year 1996.
The General Assembly, by its resolution 50/213 of 23 December 1995, decided to appropriate to the Special Account for the International Tribunal for Rwanda an amount of $7,609,900($7,090,600 net) for the period from 1 January to 31 March 1996,"without prejudice to the comments and recommendations the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions may make following its review of the full budget for 1996.
