Statements by witnesses of executions.
The arrest can be made without a warrant simply on the basis of a complaint or statements by witnesses.

The evidence gathered was used towards the prosecution of indictees and to substantiate statements given by witnesses.
Statements made by witnesses and interviewees who were in any way subjected to genuine torture must be dismissed.
The purpose is to prevent the witnesses of fact from being influenced by statements of other witnesses and to prevent the possibility of one witness' presence influencing another witness' testimony.
Video records, statements by observers, witnesses and officials, media materials and public materials of criminal cases will be used for conclusions.
