( 1) Бирачки одбор је дужан да се стара о обезбеђивању тајности гласања.

(2) The polling board shall ensure the maintenance of order at the polling station during the voting.

Ако у гласачкој кутији нема контролног листа, бирачки одбор се распушта и именује се нови, а гласање на том бирачком месту се понавља.

LOGIC AND CALCULATIVE CONTROL OF THE ESTABLISHED VOTING RESULTS Article 39(1) After completing the control sheet and establishing voting results at a polling place in compliance with Article 35 of these Rules, an electoral board shall conduct a logic and calculative control of the established voting results that they have entered in the control sheet.
