Consistency and complementarity Article 4.
That brings me to the second aspect,which is consistency and complementarity.
Consistency and complementarity with the relevant activities of the European Monitoring Centre on Racismand Xenophobia should also be ensured.
The Commission shall, in cooperation with the Member States,ensure overall consistency and complementarity with other relevant Community policies, instruments and actions.
To ensure the consistency and complementarity of these activities with other measures referred to in Article 6, the Commission shall keep the Committee referred to in Article 9 regularly informed about other relevant Community action.
