Raila Oginga Odinga, in which the Prime Minister said that he had been informed that the Meeting had covered a wide range of topics such as fiscal policy and oil revenues, financial implications of contract negotiations, local content, joint development zones, environmental and social issues in hydrocarbon management, and climate change and carbon markets.
