അല്ലാഹു തന്റെ ദാസന്മാരില്‍ അവനിച്ഛിക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് ഉപജീവനത്തില്‍ വിശാലതവരുത്തുന്നു. അവനിച്ഛിക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് അതില്‍ ഇടുക്കവും വരുത്തുന്നു. അല്ലാഹു എല്ലാ കാര്യങ്ങളെപ്പറ്റിയും നന്നായറിയുന്നവനാണ്.

They will have therein their sustenance, morning and evening.
തങ്ങളുടെ ആഹാരം രാവിലെയും വൈകുന്നേരവും അവര്‍ക്കവിടെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്‌.

Or who is such that will give you sustenance if Allah stops His sustenance? In fact they persist in rebellion and hatred.
അല്ലാഹു അവന്റെ വിഭവം വിലക്കിയാല്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് അന്നം നല്‍കാന്‍ ആരുണ്ട്? യഥാര്‍ഥത്തില്‍ അവര്‍ ധിക്കാരത്തിലും പകയിലും ആണ്ടുപൂണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്.

God is kind to His servants. He gives sustenance to whomever He wants. He is All-powerful and Majestic.

അവനാകുന്നു നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് വേണ്ടി ഭൂമിയെ വിധേയമാക്കി തന്നവന്‍. അതിനാല്‍ അതിന്‍റെ ചുമലുകളിലൂടെ നിങ്ങള്‍ നടക്കുകയും അവന്‍റെ ഉപജീവനത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് ഭക്ഷിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു കൊള്ളുക. അവങ്കലേക്ക് തന്നെയാണ് ഉയിര്‍ത്തെഴുന്നേല്‍പ്‌.

He it is Who showeth you his Signs, and sendeth down sustenance for you from the sky: but only those receive admonition who turn(to Allah).
അവനാണ് നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് തന്റെ ദൃഷ്ടാന്തങ്ങള്‍ കാണിച്ചുതന്നത്. ആകാശത്തു നിന്ന് അവന്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് അന്നം ഇറക്കിത്തരുന്നു. പശ്ചാത്തപിച്ചു മടങ്ങുന്നവന്‍ മാത്രമാണ് ചിന്തിച്ചു മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നത്.

To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth: He enlarges and restricts. The Sustenance to whom He will: for He knows full well all things.
ആകാശഭൂമികളുടെ താക്കോലുകള്‍ അവന്റെ അധീനതയിലാണ്. അവനുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് അളവറ്റ വിഭവങ്ങള്‍ നല്‍കുന്നു. അവനിച്ഛിക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് അതില്‍ കുറവ് വരുത്തുന്നു. അവന്‍ സകല സംഗതികളും നന്നായറിയുന്നവനാണ്.

Did they not know that God determines and increases the sustenance of whomever He wants. In this there is evidence(of the truth) for the believing people.
ഇവര്‍ മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നില്ലേ; അല്ലാഹു അവനിച്ഛിക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് വിഭവങ്ങള്‍ വിപുലമാക്കിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നു. അവനിച്ഛിക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് അതില്‍ കുറവു വരുത്തുന്നു. സത്യവിശ്വാസികളായ ജനത്തിന് തീര്‍ച്ചയായും ഇതില്‍ ധാരാളം ദൃഷ്ടാന്തങ്ങളുണ്ട്.

Do they not see that Allah enlarges and straitens the sustenance of those whom He pleases? There are Signs in this for those who believe.
അവര്‍ കാണുന്നില്ലേ; അല്ലാഹു അവനിച്ഛിക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് ജീവിതവിഭവം വിപുലമാക്കുന്നത്? അവനിച്ഛിക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് ഇടുക്കം വരുത്തുന്നതും. വിശ്വസിക്കുന്ന ജനത്തിന് തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അതില്‍ ധാരാളം ദൃഷ്ടാന്തങ്ങളുണ്ട്.

And many creatures walk upon the earth that do not carry their own sustenance; Allah provides the sustenance to them and to you; and only He is the All Hearing, the All Knowing.
എത്രയെത്ര ജീവികളുണ്ട്. അവയൊന്നും തങ്ങളുടെ അന്നം ചുമന്നല്ല നടക്കുന്നത്. അല്ലാഹുവാണ് അവയ്ക്കും നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കും ആഹാരം നല്‍കുന്നത്. അവന്‍ എല്ലാം കേള്‍ക്കുന്നവനും അറിയുന്നവനുമാണ്.
