Iraq's initial declarations regarding biological weapons.
As of 30 September, it has received initial declarations from 63 States parties.
Initial declarations were received in mid-January 1994.
Pursuant to Articles 2& 3of the Additional Protocol, in 2001 Lithuania submitted its initial declarations.

Iraq now admits that its initial declarations after the adoption of resolution 687(1991) and its first full, final and complete disclosure in the missile area submitted in May 1992 were not complete and that important information had been concealed.
