یہ اس لئے کہ شیطانی ملاوٹ کو اللہ تعالیٰ ان لوگوں کی آزمائش کا ذریعہ بنا دے جن کے دلوں میں بیماری ہے اور جن کے دل سخت ہیں۔ بیشک ﻇالم لوگ گہری مخالفت میں ہیں

Whose heart is empty and aching over the loss of him.
جس کا دل زندہ ہو جائے وہ ہوا و ہوس سے پاک ہو جاتا ہے

O wives of the Prophet! You are not like other women: if you are wary[of Allah], do not be complaisant in your speech, lest he in whose heart is a sickness should aspire; speak honourable words.
اے زنانِ پیغمبر تم اگر تقویٰ اختیار کرو تو تمہارا مرتبہ کسی عام عورت جیسا نہیں ہے لہٰذا کسی آدمی سے لگی لپٹی بات نہ کرنا کہ جس کے دل میں بیماری ہو اسے لالچ پیدا ہوجائے اور ہمیشہ نیک باتیں کیا کرو

And do not follow him whose heart We have made inattentive to Our remembrance(18:28).
ترجمہ: ان لوگوں کی پیروی نہ کرنا جن کے قلب کو ہم نے اپنے ذکر سے غافل کر رکھا ہے

O ye wives of the Prophet! Ye are not like any other women. If ye keep your duty(to Allah), then be not soft of speech, lest he in whose heart is a disease aspire(to you), but utter customary speech.
اے زنانِ پیغمبر تم اگر تقویٰ اختیار کرو تو تمہارا مرتبہ کسی عام عورت جیسا نہیں ہے لہٰذا کسی آدمی سے لگی لپٹی بات نہ کرنا کہ جس کے دل میں بیماری ہو اسے لالچ پیدا ہوجائے اور ہمیشہ نیک باتیں کیا کرو

Do not obey and follow he whose heart We have made to be in ghafla(deflected from the source).
اور اُن کی پیروی نہ کرنا کہ جن کے قلب کو ہم نے اپنے ذکر سے غافل کر رکھا ہے

Wives of the prophet! ye are not like any others of women, if ye are God-fearing. So be not soft in speech, lest one in whose heart is disease should be moved with desire, bun speak a reputable speech.
اے زنانِ پیغمبر تم اگر تقویٰ اختیار کرو تو تمہارا مرتبہ کسی عام عورت جیسا نہیں ہے لہٰذا کسی آدمی سے لگی لپٹی بات نہ کرنا کہ جس کے دل میں بیماری ہو اسے لالچ پیدا ہوجائے اور ہمیشہ نیک باتیں کیا کرو

(3) a man whose heart is attached to the mosque(who offers the five compulsory congregational prayers in the mosque);
(3) ایک شخص جس کا دل مسجد میں لگا رہتا ہے جو مسجد میں پانچ وقت کا نمازی ہو

کیا وہ شخص جس کا سینہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے اسلام کے لئے کھول دیا ہے پس وہ اپنے پروردگار کی طرف سے ایک نور ہے?

That he may make that which the Satan casteth forth a temptation for those in whose heart is a disease and whose hearts are hardened--and the wrong-doers are in divergence far-off-.
غرض(اس سے) یہ ہے کہ جو(وسوسہ) شیطان ڈالتا ہے اس کو ان لوگوں کے لئے جن کے دلوں میں بیماری ہے اور جن کے دل سخت ہیں ذریعہ آزمائش ٹھہرائے۔ بےشک ظالم پرلے درجے کی مخالفت میں ہیں

But as for those in whose heart is sickness, them it has increased in abomination added to their abomination, and they have died while they were unbelievers.
اور جن کے دلوں میں آزار ہے انہیں اور پلیدی پر پلیدی بڑھائی اور وہ کفر ہی پر مر گئے

O Consorts of the Prophet! Ye are not like any of the(other) women: if ye do fear(Allah), be not too complacent of speech, lest one in whose heart is a disease should be moved with desire: but speak ye a speech(that is) just.
اے زنانِ پیغمبر تم اگر تقویٰ اختیار کرو تو تمہارا مرتبہ کسی عام عورت جیسا نہیں ہے لہٰذا کسی آدمی سے لگی لپٹی بات نہ کرنا کہ جس کے دل میں بیماری ہو اسے لالچ پیدا ہوجائے اور ہمیشہ نیک باتیں کیا کرو

But as for those in whose heart is disease, it has[only] increased them in evil[in addition] to their evil.
اور جن لوگوں کے دلوں میں بیماری ہے تو اس(سورت) نے ان کی خباثت(کفر و نفاق) پر مزید پلیدی(اور خباثت) بڑھا دی۔‘

Wives of the Prophet, you are not as other women. If you are godfearing, be not abject in your speech, so that he in whose heart is sickness may be lustful; but speak honourable words.
اے نبی کی بیویو! تم اور(عام) عورتوں کی طرح نہیں ہوا اگر تم پرہیزگاری اختیار کرو۔ پس تم ایسے نرم لہجہ میں بات نہ کرو کہ جس کے دل میں کوئی بیماری ہے وہ طمع کرنے لگے اور قاعدے کے مطابق(باوقار طریقہ سے) بات کیا کرو

But as for those in whose heart is a sickness, it only adds defilement to their defilement, and they die while they are faithless.
اور جن لوگوں کے دلوں میں بیماری ہے تو اس(سورت) نے ان کی خباثتِ(کفر و نفاق) پر مزید پلیدی(اور خباثت) بڑھا دی اور وہ اس حالت میں مرے کہ کافر ہی تھے
