کہہ دیجئے! اگر تمہاری دعا التجا(پکارنا) نہ ہوتی تو میرا رب تمہاری مطلق پروا نہ کرتا، تم تو جھٹلا چکے اب عنقریب اس کی سزا تمہیں چمٹ جانے والی ہوگی

اور کبھی نہ ہوتا فضل اﷲ کا تم پر اور اسکی مہر(رحمت)، نہ سنورتا تم میں ایک شخص کبھی

And were it not for men believers and women believers whom you do not know…'.
اور اگر نہ ہوتے کتنے مرد ایمان والے اور کتنی عورتیں ایمان والیاں جو تم کومعلوم نہیں

And were it not for the bounty of God upon you and His grace, you would have been undone.
سو اگر نہ ہوتا فضل اﷲ کا تم پر اور اس کی مہر(رحمت) تو تم خراب ہوتے

And were it not that We had confirmed thee, thou hadst well-nigh leaned toward them a little.
اور بعید نہ تھا کہ اگر ہم تمہیں مضبوط نہ رکھتے تو تم ان کی طرف کچھ نہ کچھ جھک جاتے
