Адекватна зграда за трајни смештај Правосудне академије, одлуком Владе добијена је 09. 04. 2015. и урађен је идејни пројекат реконструкције зграде, предмер и предрачун.

Further, a Memorandum on Cooperation was signed between the Judicial Academy and the Chamber of Enforcement Agents for the purpose of training of enforcement agents at the First Annual Consultations of Enforcement Agents held on 22-22 March 2015.

Од 25. до 31. маја 2016. године запослени су у организацији Правосудне академије похађали семинаре са темом,, Људска права"- Модул грађанског права, Модул кривичног права и Модул управног права.

The start of the Judicial Academy marked the end of transformation of the Judicial Training Centre which, in the period 2002- 2009, implemented continuous training programmes for judges and prosecutors. The founders of the Judicial Academy were the Serbian Government and the Judges' Association of Serbia with a major support by the Council of Europe.

Стога, јачање капацитета aкадемије, омогућено адекватним просторијама, индиректно доприноси ефикаснијем и квалификованијем правосуђу Републике Србије. Техничка помоћ за јачање Правосудне академије- Европска унија је доделила 2 милиона евра за подршку систему обуке у правосуђу у оквиру пројекта" Јачање образовних активности и унапређење организационих капацитета Правосудне академије".
Therefore, capacity building of the Academy, enabled by adequate premises, indirectly contributes to more efficient and qualified judiciary of the Republic of Serbia. Technical assistance to enhance the Judicial Academy- The European Union allocated EUR 2 million to support the system of training in the judiciary within the project the"Enhancing educational activities and improvement of organizational capacities of the Judicial Academy".

Такође, имајући у виду значај заједничких радионица са представницима медија и полиције, нарочито у области спречавања цурења информација, у току су договори са Правосудном aкадемијом и представницима ИПА пројекта" Јачање образовних активности и организационих капацитета Правосудне академије" о могућностима, начину и модалитетима наставка ових обука.
Moreover, having in mind the importance of joint workshops with the media and the police representatives, especially in the area of prevention of leaking of information, currently are being made plans with the Judicial Academy and the IPA project's"Strengthening of educational activities and organizational capacities of the Judicial Academy" representatives on possibilities, method and modalities of continuing this education.

Радна група је констататовала да је велики број кандидата остварио највећи број бодова- од 69 до 70 бодова што говори о квалитету кандидата, да се пријавило више категорија кандидата међу којима су: тужилачки помоћници; полазници почетне обуке Правосудне академије; кандидати који окончали почетну обуку Правосудне академије; судијски помоћници; носиоци јавнотужилачке или правосудне професије и других кандидата.
The work group concluded that a large number of candidates have achieved the highest score- between 69 and 70 points- thus confirming quality of candidates, that several categories of candidates had applied, among others: prosecutorial assistants; trainees at the Judicial Academy initial education; candidates that had passed the Judicial Academy initial education; judicial assistants; holders of prosecutorial or judicial profession and other candidates.
