مشرک جو ہیں سو پلید(ناپاک) ہیں، سو نزدیک نہ آئیں مسجد الحرام کے اس برس کے بعد

Ahmad records that the Messenger of Allah said:“Offering salah in my mosque is better than one thousand prayers elsewhere, save for those offered in the inviolable mosque.
ابوہریرہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم نے فرمایا ایک نماز پڑھنا میری مسجد میں بہتر ہے ہزار نمازوں سے دوسری مسجد میں سوائے مسجد حرام کے

And by this inviolable city, Mecca.
اور اس امن والے شہر(مکہ) کی قَسم

Whoever says,'there is none worthy of worship excpet Allah' and disbelieves in everything worshipped besides Allah, his property and blood becomes inviolable, and his reckoning will be with Allah.
جس نے لا الہ الا اللہ کہا اور اللہ کے سوا جس بھی چیز کی پوجا کی جاتی ہے اس کا انکار کیا تو اس کا مال اور خون حرام ہو گئے اور اس کا حساب اللہ کے ذمہ ہے

And from where you go out, then turn your face towards the Inviolable Mosque; and surely it is indeed the Truth from your Lord; and in no way is Allah ever heedless of whatever you do.
اور جہاں سے آپ نکلیں تو اپنا منہ مسجد حرام کی طرف کیا کریں، اور آپ کے رب کی طرف سے یہی حق بھی ہے، اور اللہ تمہارے کام سے غافل نہیں

And whencesoever thou comest forth(for prayer, O Muhammad) turn thy face toward the Inviolable Place of Worship. Lo! it is the Truth from thy Lord. Allah is not unaware of what ye do.
اور(اے پیغمبر(ص)) آپ جب بھی کہیں نکلیں تو(نماز کے وقت) اپنا رخ مسجد حرام کی طرف رکھیں۔ بے شک یہ(تبدیلی قبلہ) آپ کے پروردگار کی طرف سے حق ہے اور اللہ تمہارے کاموں سے غافل و بے خبر نہیں ہے

Do not kill a soul[whose life] Allah has made inviolable, except with due cause, and whoever is killed wrongfully, We have certainly given his heir an authority. But let him not commit any excess in killing[the murderer], for he has been assisted[by law].
اور کوئی جان جس کی حرمت اللہ نے رکھی ہے ناحق نہ مارو، اور جو ناحق نہ مارا جائے تو بیشک ہم نے اس کے وارث کو قابو دیا تو وہ قتل میں حد سے نہ بڑھے ضرور اس کی مدد ہونی ہے

Say,‘I have been commanded to worship the Lord of this city who has made it inviolable and to whom all things belong, and I have been commanded to be among those who submit[to Allah].
مجھے تو صرف یہ حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ میں اس شہر کے مالک کی عبادت کروں جس نے اسے محترم بنایا ہے اور ہر شے اسی کی ملکیت ہے اور مجھے یہ حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ میں اطاعت گزاروں میں شامل ہوجاؤں

قتل نفس کا ارتکاب نہ کرو جسے اللہ نے حرام کیا ہے مگر حق کے ساتھ اور جو شخص مظلومانہ قتل کیا گیا ہو اس کے ولی کو ہم نے قصاص کے مطالبے کا حق عطا کیا ہے، پس چاہیے کہ وہ قتل میں حد سے نہ گزرے، اُس کی مدد کی جائے گی

اور وہ اللہ کے ساتھ کسی اور خدا کو نہیں پکارتے اور جس جان(کے مارنے) کو اللہ نے حرام قرار دیا ہے اسے ناحق قتل نہیں کرتے اور نہ زنا کرتے ہیں اور جو کوئی ایسا کرے گا تو وہ گناہ کی سزا پائے گا

اور جس جان کا مارنا اللہ نے حرام قرار دیا ہے اس کو قتل نہ کرو۔ مگر حق کے ساتھ اور جو شخص ناحق قتل کیا جائے تو ہم نے اس کے وارث کو(قصاص کا) اختیار دے دیا ہے پس چاہیئے کہ وہ قتل میں حد سے آگے نہ بڑھے ضرور اس کی مدد کی جائے گی

Those who do not invoke another deity besides Allah, and do not kill a soul[whose life] Allah has made inviolable, except with due cause, and do not commit fornication. Whoever does that shall encounter its retribution.
اور وہ لوگ خدا کے ساتھ کسی اور خدا کو نہیں پکارتے ہیں اور کسی بھی نفس کو اگر خدا نے محترم قرار دیدیا ہے تو اسے حق کے بغیر قتل نہیں کرتے اور زنا بھی نہیں کرتے ہیں کہ جو ایسا عمل کرے گا وہ اپنے عمل کی سزا بھی برداشت کرے گا

Those who disbelieve and bar(men) from the way of Allah and from the Inviolable Place of Worship, which We have appointed for mankind together, the dweller therein and the nomad: whosoever seeketh wrongful partiality therein, him We shall cause to taste a painful doom.
جو لوگ کافر ہیں اور(لوگوں کو) خدا کے رستے سے اور مسجد محترم سے جسے ہم نے لوگوں کے لئے یکساں(عبادت گاہ) بنایا ہے روکتے ہیں۔ خواہ وہاں کے رہنے والے ہوں یا باہر سے آنے والے۔ اور جو اس میں شرارت سے کج روی(وکفر) کرنا چاہے اس کو ہم درد دینے والے عذاب کا مزہ چکھائیں گے

Do you make the giving of water to the pilgrims and the tending of the Inviolable Mosque the same as(the worship of) one who has believed in Allah and the Last Day and has striven in the way of Allah?
کیا تم نے ٹھہرایا حاجیوں کا پانی پلانا اور مسجد الحرام کا بسانا برابر اسکے جو یقین لایا اﷲ پر اور پچھلے دن پر اور لڑا(جہاد کیا) اﷲ کی راہ میں؟?

Those who disbelieve and bar(men) from the way of Allah and from the Inviolable Place of Worship, which We have appointed for mankind together, the dweller therein and the nomad: whosoever seeketh wrongful partiality therein, him We shall cause to taste a painful doom.
جن لوگوں نے کفر اختیار کیا اور(لوگوں) کو خدا کے راستے سے روکتے ہیں اور اس مسجد سے جسے ہم نے(بلا امتیاز) سب لوگوں کیلئے(عبادت گاہ) بنایا ہے جس میں وہاں کے رہنے والے اور باہر سے آنے والے برابر ہیں اور جو بھی اس میں ظلم و زیادتی کے ساتھ غلط روی کا ارادہ کرے تو ہم اسے دردناک عذاب کا مزہ چکھائیں گے

Allah indeed showed His Messenger the true vision, one fully in accord with reality. If Allah so wills you shall certainly enter the Inviolable Mosque, in full security, you will shave your heads and cut your hair short, and do so without any fear. He knew what you did not know, and He granted you a victory near at hand even before(the fulfilment of the vision).
بیشک اللہ نے سچ کردیا اپنے رسول کا سچا خواب بیشک تم ضرور مسجد حرام میں داخل ہوگے اگر اللہ چاہے امن و امان سے اپنے سروں کے بال منڈاتے یا ترشواتے بے خوف، تو اس نے جانا جو تمہیں معلوم نیں تو اس سے پہلے ایک نزدیک آنے والی فتح رکھی

O ye who believe! The idolaters only are unclean. So let them not come near the Inviolable Place of Worship after this their year. If ye fear poverty(from the loss of their merchandise) Allah shall preserve you of His bounty if He will. Lo! Allah is Knower, Wise.
مومنو! مشرک تو پلید ہیں تو اس برس کے بعد وہ خانہٴ کعبہ کا پاس نہ جانے پائیں اور اگر تم کو مفلسی کا خوف ہو تو خدا چاہے گا تو تم کو اپنے فضل سے غنی کر دے گا۔ بےشک خدا سب کچھ جانتا(اور) حکمت والا ہے
