جنہوں نے اپنا اپنا دین الگ بنا لیا ہے اور گروہوں میں بٹ گئے ہیں، ہر ایک گروہ کے پاس جو کچھ ہے اسی میں وہ مگن ہےLest you(pagan Arabs)should say:"The Book was only sent down to two sects before us(the Jews and the Christians), and for our part, we were in fact unaware of what they studied.".
کبھی کہو کہ کتاب تو ہم سے پہلے دو گروہوں پر اُتری تھی اور ہمیں ان کے پڑھنے پڑھانے کی کچھ خبر نہ تھیThose who have split up their religion and have become divided into sects, each party exulting in what they have.
ان لوگوں میں سے جنہوں نے دین میں تفرقہ پیدا کیا ہے اور گروہوں میں بٹ گئے ہیں پھر ہر گروہ جو کچھ اس کے پاس ہے اسی پر مست اور مگن ہے(The followers of Jesus) turned themselves into quarrelling sects. The disbelievers shall face a woeful condition on the great Day(of Judgment).
