اور لوگوں میں کوئی شخص ایسا بھی(ہوتا) ہے کہ جس کی گفتگو دنیاوی زندگی میں تجھے اچھی لگتی ہے اور وہ اﷲ کو اپنے دل کی بات پر گواہ بھی بناتا ہے، حالانکہ وہ سب سے زیادہ جھگڑالو ہے

True is the promise of God; and whose word could be truer than God's?
یہ ہے اللہ کا وعدہ جو سراسر سچا ہے اور کون ہے جو اپنی بات میں اللہ سے زیادہ سچا ہو۔?

On that day no intercession availeth save(that of) him unto whom the Beneficent hath given leave and whose word He accepteth.
اُس روز شفاعت کارگر نہ ہو گی، اِلّا یہ کہ کسی کو رحمان اس کی اجازت دے اور اس کی بات سننا پسند کرے

Among the people is someone whose words about the life of the world excite your admiration, and he calls Allah to witness what is in his heart, while he is in fact the most hostile of adversaries.
اور لوگوں میں کوئی ایسا بھی ہے جس کی گفتگو دنیا کی زندگی میں آپ کو پسند آئے گی اور جو اس کے دل میں ہے اس پر وہ اللہ کو گواہ بنائے گا حالانکہ وہ سخت ترین دشمن ہے

On that day shall no intercession avail except of him whom the Beneficent Allah allows and whose word He is pleased with.
اس روز(کسی کی) سفارش کچھ فائدہ نہ دے گی مگر اس شخص کی جسے خدا اجازت دے اور اس کی بات کو پسند فرمائے

On that day no one's intercession shall benefit except his to whom the Most Gracious has given permission and whose word He has liked.(The Holy Prophets and virtuous people will be given the permission to intercede. Prophet Mohammed- peace and blessings be upon him- will be the first to intercede.).
اس دن سفارش سود مند نہ ہوگی سوائے اس شخص(کی سفارش) کے جسے(خدائے) رحمان نے اذن(و اجازت) دے دی ہے اور جس کی بات سے وہ راضی ہوگیا ہے(جیسا کہ انبیاء و مرسلین، اولیاء، متقین، معصوم بچوں اور دیگر کئی بندوں کا شفاعت کرنا ثابت ہے)

اس دن شفاعت نفع نہ دے گی۔ سوائے خدائے رحمان جس کو اجازت دے اور جس کے لیے کوئی بات کہنے کو پسند کرے

Then warn them of the Day that has drawn near, the Day when hearts full of suppressed grief will leap up to the throats and the wrong-doers shall neither have any sincere friend nor intercessor whose word will be heeded.
اور آپ ان کو قریب آنے والی آفت کے دن سے ڈرائیں جب ضبطِ غم سے کلیجے منہ کو آئیں گے۔ ظالموں کے لئے نہ کوئی مہربان دوست ہوگا اور نہ کوئی سفارشی جس کی بات مانی جائے

اس دن کسی کی سفارش کام نہ آئے گی سوائے ان کے جنہیں خدا نے اجازت دے دی ہو اور وہ ان کی بات سے راضی ہو

اور ان کو قریب آنے والے دن سے ڈراؤ جب کہ دل غم سے بھر کر گلوں تک آرہے ہوں گے۔(اور) ظالموں کا کوئی دوست نہ ہوگا اور نہ کوئی سفارشی جس کی بات قبول کی جائے

اس دن کوئی شفاعت فائدہ نہیں دے گی سوائے اس کے جس کو خدا اجازت دے گا اور اس کے بولنے کو پسند کرے گا

He is God: there is no deity other than Him. He will gather you all together on the Day of Resurrection, there is no doubt about it. Whose word can be truer than God's?
اللہ وہ خدا ہے جس کے علاوہ کوئی معبود نہیں ہے- وہ تم سب کو روزِ قیامت جمع کرے گا اور اس میں کوئی شک نہیں ہے اور اللہ سے زیادہ سچی بات کون کرنے والا ہے?

اللہ وہ ہے جس کے سوا کوئی الٰہ نہیں ہے۔ وہ ضرور تمہیں قیامت کے دن اکٹھا کرے گا۔ جس میں کوئی شک نہیں ہے اور اللہ سے بڑھ کر کون بات میں سچا ہے۔?

اللہ وہ خدا ہے جس کے علاوہ کوئی معبود نہیں ہے- وہ تم سب کو روزِ قیامت جمع کرے گا اور اس میں کوئی شک نہیں ہے اور اللہ سے زیادہ سچی بات کون کرنے والا ہے?
