പ്രവാചകന് പറഞ്ഞു: അല്ലയോ കച്ചവടക്കാരേ!Umar said,'By Allah(swt)!
അപ്പോള് അലി പറഞ്ഞു: അല്ലാഹുവില് സത്യം!To which Umar replied,'By Allah!

അപ്പോള് അവന് പറഞ്ഞു:" അല്ലാഹുവില് സത്യം!Thereupon he said: Umar, don't urinate while standing.
അവന് പറഞ്ഞു: പ്രാര്ഥിക്കുമ്പോള് നിങ്ങള് കപടഭക്തരെപോലെ ആകരുത്.Umar: Why did you kill their father?
മാഹി: എന്തിനാണ് എന്റെ അച്ഛനെ കൊന്നത്?Uthman was excused from his military duties in order to nurse her. She died later in the month, on the day when Zayd ibn Harithah returned to Medina with news of their victory at the Battle of Badr.[14][15][10] When Muhammad returned to Medina after the battle, the family went to grieve at her grave. The women wept noisily, and Umar hit them with his whip; but Muhammad said:"Let them weep, Umar; but beware of the braying of Satan."[9].
ല് റുഖയ്യ രോധബാധിയായി കിടന്നതോടെ ഉസ്മാന് സൈന്യത്തിന്റെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തങ്ങളില് നിന്ന് വിട്ട്മാറി അവരെ പരിചരിച്ചു. പക്ഷെ ഒരു മാസത്തിനികം അവര് മരണപ്പെട്ടു. ബദര് യുദ്ധത്തിലെ വിജയ വാര്ത്തയുമായി മദീനയിലേക്ക് വരികയായിരുന്ന സൈദ് ഇബിനു ഹരിതാഹ് വന്നപ്പോള് റുഖയ്യയുടെ മരണ വാര്ത്തയായിരുന്നു മദീനയില്.[ 14][ 15][ 10] യുദ്ധ ശേഷം മുഹമ്മദ് നബിയും സംഘവും മദീനയിലേക്ക് മടങ്ങി വരികയും കുടുംബങ്ങളെല്ലാം അവരുടെ കബര് സന്ദര്ശിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. അവിടെയൊരു സ്ത്രീ വളരെ ശബ്ദത്തില് തന്നെ കരഞ്ഞപ്പോള് ഉമര് അത് വിലക്കിയെങ്കിലും മുഹമ്മദ് നബി പറഞ്ഞു." അവര് കരയട്ടെ ഉമര്; പക്ഷെ ശൈത്താനെ സൂക്ഷിക്കണമെന്ന് അറിയിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു."[ 9].Then he(Umar) said:"O Ibn Abbas!
Umar the Holy Prophet.
Thereupon,'Umar said: Ask those Companions.
Umar said to him,"Stop, may Allah forgive you!".
അപ്പോള് ഹുദൈഫ പറഞ്ഞു:' അല്ലാഹു താങ്കള്ക്ക് പൊറുത്തുരട്ടെ'.Anas has said,“‘Umar said,‘I said: O Messenger of Allāh!
അബൂ ദര്റ്( റ) പറയുന്നു: ഞാന് ചോദിച്ചു: ദൈവദൂതരേ!Umar was the best in righteousness after Prophets and Abu Bakr.
പ്രവാചകന്( സ) ക്ക് ശേഷം മനുഷ്യരില് ഏറ്റവും ഉത്തമന് അബൂബക്കര്( റ) ആകുന്നു.Umar(RAA) said,“Bring yourselves to account before you are brought to account.
ഉമര്( റ) പറഞ്ഞു:'' നിങ്ങള് വിചാരണ ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് സ്വയം വിചാരണ നടത്തുക.Umar replied,“What should I do if Allah has removed mercy from your heart.”.
അപ്പോള് പ്രവാചകന് പ്രതിവചിച്ചു:“ അല്ലാഹു നിന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തില് നിന്ന് കാരുണ്യം എടുത്തുകളഞ്ഞെങ്കില് ഞാനെന്ത് ചെയ്യാനാണ്?”.
