ആകയാല് മകളേ ഭയപ്പെടേണ്ടാ; നീ ചോദിക്കുന്നതൊക്കെയും ഞാന് ചെയ്തുതരാം;നീ ഉത്തമ സ്ത്രീ എന്നു എന്റെ ജനമായ പട്ടണക്കാര്ക്കും എല്ലാവര്ക്കും അറിയാം.Allah(Himself) doth mock them, leaving them to wander blindly on in their contumacy.
എന്നാല് അല്ലാഹുവാകട്ടെ, അവരെ പരിഹസിക്കുകയും, അതിക്രമങ്ങളില് വിഹരിക്കുവാന് അവരെ അയച്ചുവിട്ടിരിക്കുകയുമാകുന്നു.O ye who believe let not your riches or your children divert you from the remembrance of Allah. And whosoever doth that then those! they are the losers.

അവര് ഒളിപ്പിച്ചുവെക്കുന്നതും തെളിയിച്ചുകാണിക്കുന്നതും അല്ലാഹു അറിയുന്നു. അഹങ്കാരികളെ അവന് ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നില്ല; തീര്ച്ച.Beside Allah? They will say: they have failed us: aye! we have not been calling upon aught afore. Thus doth Allah lead the infidels astray.
അല്ലാഹുവിന് പുറമെ. അവര് പറയും: അവര് ഞങ്ങളെ വിട്ട് അപ്രത്യക്ഷരായിരിക്കുന്നു. അല്ല, ഞങ്ങള് മുമ്പ് പ്രാര്ത്ഥിച്ചിരുന്നത് യാതൊന്നിനോടുമായിരുന്നില്ല. അപ്രകാരം അല്ലാഹു സത്യനിഷേധികളെ പിഴവിലാക്കുന്നു.Verily Allah doth know of(every thing) whatever that they call upon besides Him: and He is Exalted(in power), Wise.
തനിക്ക് പുറമെ അവര് വിളിച്ച് പ്രാര്ത്ഥിക്കുന്ന ഏതൊരു വസ്തുവെയും തീര്ച്ചയായും അല്ലാഹു അറിയുന്നു. അവനാകുന്നു പ്രതാപിയും യുക്തിമാനും.It recalls his father's purchasing the threshing floor andsaying“neither will I offer burnt offerings unto the LORD my God of that which doth cost me nothing.”?
എനിക്കു ഒന്നും ചെലവില്ലാതെ ഞാൻ എന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയ് ക്കു ഹോമയാഗംകഴിക്കുകയില്ല" എന്നു പറഞ്ഞതാർ/" Neither will I offer burnt offerings unto the Lord which doth cost me nothing". who said?He said:"Whoever doth wrong, him shall we punish; then shall he be sent back to his Lord; and He will punish him with a punishment unheard-of(before).
അദ്ദേഹം( ദുല്ഖര്നൈന്) പറഞ്ഞു: എന്നാല് ആര് അക്രമം പ്രവര്ത്തിച്ചുവോ അവനെ നാം ശിക്ഷിക്കുന്നതാണ്. പിന്നീട് അവന് തന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവിങ്കലേക്ക് മടക്കപ്പെടുകയും അപ്പോള് അവന് ഗുരുതരമായ ശിക്ഷ അവന്ന് നല്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.But against any of the children of Israel shall not a dog move his tongue, against man or beast:that ye may know how that the LORD doth put a difference between the Egyptians and Israel.

ആ നാടുകളുടെ വൃത്താന്തങ്ങളില് ചിലത് നാം നിനക്ക് വിവരിച്ചുതരികയാണ്. അവരിലേക്കയക്കപ്പെട്ട ദൂതന്മാര് വ്യക്തമായ തെളിവുകളും കൊണ്ട് അവരുടെ അടുത്ത് ചെല്ലുകയുണ്ടായി. എന്നിട്ടുംമുമ്പ് അവര് നിഷേധിച്ചു തള്ളിയിരുന്നതില് അവര് വിശ്വസിക്കുകയുണ്ടായില്ല. സത്യനിഷേധികളുടെ ഹൃദയങ്ങളിന്മേല് അപ്രകാരം അല്ലാഹു മുദ്രവെക്കും.(Y. അല്ലാഹു തന്നെയാണ് തൻറെ ദാസൻമാരുടെ പശ്ചാത്താപം സ്വീകരിക്കുകയും, ദാനധർമ്മങ്ങൾ ഏറ്റുവാങ്ങുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നതെന്നും അല്ലാഹു തന്നെയാണ് പശ്ചാത്താപം ഏറെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നവനും കരുണാനിധിയുമെന്നും അവർ മനസ്സിലാക്കിയിട്ടില്ലേ?Those townships! We recount unto thee some tidings thereof. Assuredly there came unto them their apostles with evidences, but they were not such as to believe that which they had erst belied.Thus doth Allah put a seal upon the hearts of the infidels.
ആ നാടുകളുടെ വൃത്താന്തങ്ങളില് ചിലത് നാം നിനക്ക് വിവരിച്ചുതരികയാണ്. അവരിലേക്കയക്കപ്പെട്ട ദൂതന്മാര് വ്യക്തമായ തെളിവുകളും കൊണ്ട് അവരുടെ അടുത്ത് ചെല്ലുകയുണ്ടായി. എന്നിട്ടുംമുമ്പ് അവര് നിഷേധിച്ചു തള്ളിയിരുന്നതില് അവര് വിശ്വസിക്കുകയുണ്ടായില്ല. സത്യനിഷേധികളുടെ ഹൃദയങ്ങളിന്മേല് അപ്രകാരം അല്ലാഹു മുദ്രവെക്കും.
